Great hotel. The service is very good as well. The hotel is located very close to the beach. The rooms are big but most of them have no sea view even though they say it has. There are lots of restaurants nearby but nothing else to do.

The Nakamanda is a beautiful villa/resort type hotel but what makes it truly stand out is the exceptional staff from the recep all the way down to the restaurant crew and housekeeping! The villa itself was beautiful with an amazing tub (tho it took forever to fill up). Overall an amazing stay!

The resort is small and very attractive with individual villas offering large rooms with spacious dressing area, shower and bath and lovely, large outside terrace. The pool is fantastic and huge, with lovely views. The staff are what sets this place apart, they were the best we met during our trip round Thailand, attentive, consistently smiling and keen to address...

This was our first stop after more then a 24HR commute to Thailand. It was the perfect location for a quick recharge and a little pampering before we took on the rest of our trip. Service was excellent, and the breakfast hit the spot. If you're looking to be swimming in the ocean this won't be the location for you,...

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed with the staff's friendliness and professionalism. The hotel is set in lush tropical gardens and by design each villa seems relatively private. The villas are very comfortable and the verandah area at the front each villa is a lovely addition. A wonderful buffet breakfast is served at the beachfront...

We visited Krabi as a couple, wanting a long weekend away for just rest and relaxation. I first had us booked at the resort next door to Nakamanda Resort, but I'm so glad I changed our reservation...the two are completely different kinds of stays. Nakamanda was perfect for us because it's an upmarket boutique hotel (only 40 villas), larger rooms...

The location of the resort is beautiful on a beach with a small island in front that is walkable in low tide. It's about 40 min from krabi airport (800 THB) and 20 min from aonang (500 THB). Pro: - Exceptionally nice staff - spacious villas (ask for one with a nice view because some just have a view at...

We had wonderful days in Nakamanda. The property is very, very beautiful, with nice gardens and a very charming architecture. The room is huge, with a nice veranda. Nice bed and linens, very good size bathroom with two sinks, separated bathtub and shower. The pool is amazing, very big and with amazing sea view. The SPA is also very nice,...

Our stay at Nakamanda was amazing! The rooms (or actually cottages) are huge and clean and the service was astonishing. There is also a free DVD rental at the reception which is quite convenient if the weather is bad. All in all we can warmly recommend this hotel for a nice and relaxed stay!
