Just spent two nights at this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast gave us a good start to the day. Rooms were clean and every effort had been made by housekeeping to cool the rooms. Will definitely be back here in the future!!

Stayed here because of convenient location for wedding. Room was on ground floor and to the front of the hotel and yet we were not affected by any traffic noise. A lovely room, clean and fresh. Very helpful Reception and Housekeeping staff. Mobile phone reception very poor ...only improved at front road. Had difficulty booking into restaurant for evening meal...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting the area on business. Easy to find, and despite the note that it was located near a busy road, set in pleasant surroundings and I found the road noise to be quite limited. Reception were cheerful and friendly, the room was exactly as you'd expect, well appointed with good facilities and in good condition....

My husband and I stayed for two nights at the start of June, and overall we were impressed. There were a few small issues that let the hotel down in comparison to previous Premier Inns we have stayed in, but nothing that couldn't be sorted out quickly - and they were sorted out quickly by the cheerful and efficient staff....

Transferred here from Maidstone/Sevenoaks because there was no mobile signal. Superbly handled by receptionist at Sevenoaks and equally superbly welcomed by receptionist at Wateringbury (Donna?) Showed two rooms to ensure phone signal - excellent! Will be back

We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend. I was aware that the premises had recently been refurbished. Our room was a decent size, the television was huge – probably the biggest I have seen in a hotel room. It had a limiter on it so the sound couldn’t go over a set volume – take note other hotels!...

Overall, reception staff great, rooms clean, restaurant staff great too. We visited for a christening. My best friend has a terminal brain tumour and has lost the use of her right arm and right leg. We only paid for a hotel (4 minutes from my house) so that she could have a shower. Told it was a wet room and...
