This is our first vacation after pandamdic. Almost an year since our last vacation. we wanted to it be a perfect one . Yeah marari dreamz had made it very perfect. This is a home away from home . A couple from marari village is running this . They have maintained it very well. They have planned it very perfectly . We stayed in a private pool villa . The pool is really big unlike the small size pool which alomost all the resorts withprivate pool offers . The rooms are cozy and special mention to the semi open bathroom. We are overwhelmed with the hospitality provided by allwyn and jency. All our trip was planned not really planned by us ,it was allwyn who gave lot of suggestions and literally he planned our trip out there right from the morning cycle ride , allapey trip and the sunset at the beautiful marai beach. He knows in and out of that place. The best part is the food provided by jancy . She cooks all the delicious foods in all cusine. We had the best fish and prawn. All these will make you feel like home. If you are planning to visit allapey without a second thought book the marari dreamz your visit be memorable ..

Thank you allwyn and jency. Waiting to meet you guys soon

Even before I arrived at this beautiful place I felt it would be great because of all the support and help Allwyn offered me before I arrived, to make sure my mini tour of Kerala went well.

My expectations were exceeded ! The accommodation here has a great location near to pristine Marari Beach, and a nearby market, temple, church, and amazing fish market. . The welcome is warm and super friendly.

Each little villa is charming, with its own private pool, and all the amenities you need. There is both air conditioning and a quiet roof fan, so take your pick! The room has tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. The bathrooms are so lovely, partially open air, and with lush greenery.

It only gets better! The hostess, Jenzi, is a master cook, and prepares for you a full and varied breakfast to keep you going all day. Before breakfast, take one of the bikes and watch the local fisherman bringing in the days catch.

Eat in Marari Dreamz and you will be treated to delicious Kerala delicacies, lovingly home made and served. I popped down to the local alcohol store to get some beer in the fridge, to wash all this goodness down.

You can either completely relax here, by the pool, take the five minute walk to the glorious white and quiet beach, or trip down to Alllepey, Venice of India, to cruise the backwaters.

Of course, what makes it are the two hosts Allwyn and Jenzi, and their wonderful staff, who are invisible but always on hand if required. I thank them all for making my stay memorable - and would like to think I will be back some day.

Since the pandemic has subsided, everyone wants to release themselves from their cocoon and set out for a short vacation. So what better way to have a vacation than a home away from home. The homestay I'm talking about is my best friend, sister in law and myself went on a girls only trip to this place. Allywn and Jency were so welcoming that they felt like family immediately. We felt so safe in their presence that we felt comfortable to wear anything and be ourselves. Now let me talk about my favourite part the food. Jency is blessed with " Kaipunyam " (Blessed hands in Malayalam), it literally means whatever she made was absolutely yummy. I am carnivore like most Keralites, but because of her delicious cooking I ate more of the vegetarian dishes than the non. We stayed in a room which had a private pool, just imagine a pool all to yourself. The room was spacious with all the necessary requirements like running hot water, kettle, locker, sofa,AC. On the outside it had a hammock to just relax and breath in fresh air. The area is covered with plants and tree so I felt like I was in some exotic place like Bali. And for all those animal lovers out there, you must visit this place as the family has rescued dogs and cats. But don't worry for those who are not fond of them , the animals were very well behaved. Finally, Allywn and Jency were genuinely two lovely couple who were ready to go to any extent to keep their guest happy and make them feel like home. So I want to give a big shout out to these awesome couples for a great vacation. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

If you are looking for a comfortable base from where to explore the Marari Beach and Alappuzha area then this one is ideal. Run by a young, english speaking, university educated couple, your every need is catered for. Jency is an excellent cook, and her husband Allwyn is the most efficient and helpful owner we have ever met in all our travels around India. Set in a super garden, with mature trees, two swimming pools, hammocks and sun loungers, there are a number of private cottages available, all very well furnished with very comfy beds and excellent air conditioning. After a hectic trip around India this is a perfect place to relax and visit the fishermen on the beach or cruise the lake and the backwaters. This is also now our favourite place to stay whenever we return to Kerala.

Allwyn and Jency cater for your every need, from delicious food (best I’ve eaten in India) to organising a local excursion to Alleppy or further afield. Marari Dreamz is a place for total relaxation. The gardens are immaculate and abundant, the pool a welcome retreat. Rooms are large and spotlessly maintained and meals are provided with courtesy and a smile. Whilst walking around the village, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces. Bicycles are also available. The beach is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend the rejuvenating massages to complete your stay.

I traveled to Marari Dreamz with a girlfriend (my third visit). I wanted to show her why I love to return, not only to Marari Beach, but to Marari Dreamz in particular. Jency and Allwyn did not disappoint!! The attention to detail and hospitality were impeccable. Jency’s food is utterly delicious ( and varied) and Allwyn’s desire to make his guests happy and satisfied is undeniable- from the outing to Cafe Catamaran to scheduling massages. Honestly, the best place to get away to. Peaceful, tranquil, and a destination one dreams of! We even got a tour of their new homestay! Exquisite!! You two are amazing and I look forward to seeing you again!

Not knowing what paradise is like for YOU, for me it is laying in a hammock in a beautiful garden, next to a quiet pool, listening to lovely birds while a wonderful flavor of homemade curries slowly conquers my nose.... That is what I was gratefully enjoying during my stay at Marari Draeamz.
Being decently taken care of by this lovely couple (Allwyn and Jency), I preferred this stay to any 5 Star hotel, for what you get there is pure peace and privacy.
Jency is a godess in the kitchen and all her homemade delicacies were served on our private terrace while Allwyn took care of every other need.
Lots of little things made a big difference, like beautiful christal glasses, or a member of the attentive stuff, who hang our swimsuits for drying.
We appreciated the opportunity to take a bike at any time for a little sightseeing.
We hope to be able to spend another paradise time there as soon as possible.
Biiiiig thanks to all the members of Marari Dreamz!!!

Wonderful stay with Allwyn, Jency and the staff! From the moment we booked the stay until we left, Allwyn have been so helpful. We arrived in Marari early in the morning and Allwyn helped us check in despite it being before sunrise. We got a small introduction on what to do around Marari which was a nice gesture.
The property and rooms are beautiful and well preserved. The staff cleans the property every morning and it feels like you are in a small jungle with all the greenery.
Breakfast and dinner is provided by Jency who is an amazing cook, best Kerelan food we tasted. She also offers cooking classes for those who’s interested!
Over all a great stay and I recommend everyone who travels to Marari to stay with Allwyn and Jency (and their super friendly dogs)!

What a nice getaway in Mararikulam!  After a warm and thorough welcome by Allwyn we settled in a spacious, nicely decorated,  air-conditioned cottage. The bathroom is without a roof so in the morning you find the lovely blossoms fallen from the trees above on the shower floor. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and water is provided. There is coffee, tea and the kettle in the room. The breakfasts are just superdelicious, a large bowl of fresh fruits, omelette or fried eggs, toast with marmelade accompanied with some tasty local specialities. The owners Allwyn and Jency give you all the attention and care, all they do with extreme love and devotion. Sometimes Jency prepares dinner which is awesome with local flavours and tastes. Don’t miss this opportunity! The Mararidremz cottages have a relaxing atmosphere, with a refreshing pool and the magnificent sounds of the birds. If Mandaram Villas is full look at Mandaram Villas which is another property Allwyn and Jency own, lovely peaceful villa as well. The host is arranging the trips to Alleppey, to the mountains, to ayurveda or homeopath upon request. He is always very generous and helpful! The white sand beach is very close, just a walking distance away. It is cute to see and meet the local fishermen on the beach whether taking the boats to the sea or arriving with the loads of fish from the sea. The sea is extremely warm and although the waves might seem and feel quite overwhelming, it is safe to swim there. Approximately a kilometre away one can rent the sunbeds and have lovely food in the beach restaurants. I am grateful for the hospitality we received and would definitely come back! Thank you! 🙏🏻🌞

We really enjoyed our time at Marari Dreamz. Allwyn and Jency made us feel very welcome. The home cooked food was spectacular and to eat in the privacy of our own terrace was great. It was a very friendly place to stay, we enjoyed watching Jency cook, we appreciated being able to use the bicycles to get to the village and to watch the fishermen arrive back in the morning. The outdoor bathroom was lovely too. A very spacious, clean room and nothing seemed too much trouble for our hosts. I would recommend without hesitation. Be aware that this property does not provide wine or beer, as you would expect in a homestay. The government run off license is easily accessed a short cycle ride away.
