We had a wonderful stay at Frangipani. Food was excellent and the staffs are so courteous. My kid was superb happy and he was not willing to go back. Private pool was amazing. The best resort in all forms...Thanks a lot for the warm hospitality and will defintly suggest your place to my friends and family😍😍😍
This was my 1st visit to Kerala and that too a surprise planned by my husband for this amazing and mesmerizing place of Marari Villas. We stayed at Frangipani villa with the coziest private pool, thoughtfully and uniquely styled bathroom and open shower area and the 2 bedrooms. Our stay was made perfect by the prompt services provided by George, Jayalal, Beena, Jolly, Laly, Benny. And fingerlicking, delicious food by chef Abhilash. We had amazingly planned dinner date on Valentines day with beautiful decorations. We also had one complimentary boat ride at Alleppey backwaters, and sunset drinks at the beach. The foremost important thing for me was such proximity of the beach literally takes 3-4mins walking to reach with serene beauty of the sand and sea.....and no one around. Not to be scared of as our beach attendant Benny took care of us with arranging umbrella and couches and helping us click our pics too. The most important thing to mention is the sanitization and safety precautions followed during this covid era. I would summarise, this was the best ever beach vacay I have ever imagined of and would highly recommend to all of u there interested to laze around at the beach and the private pool. It was worth staying here.…
Marari Villa was our last stop in our family vacation to Kerala. Having visited Thekkady, Munnar, the houseboat in Allapazu , our expectation of our beach stay was very high. We reached the villas in time for lunch from the houseboat. While we were expecting the villa to be on the beach side, we realised that it was in a village. Later, in one of the chats with the owner, Olga we came to know that the beach side villas had washed out in a storm. We were warmly greeted, with sumptuous lunch. The manager was extremely helpful in ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. The villa has a beautiful private courtyard with a hammock and a small little pool. The rooms are clean and very tastefully designed. They have recreated the old Kerala architecture to perfection. The energies in the house and the villas is so positive that you are energised during the stay. The village also has a toddy shop from where you should definitely buy fresh toddy. The beach is a mere 200 metres away and is extremely quaint and beautiful throughout the day. If you want to see some action, you should get on the beach early morning to witness fishermen bring in their fresh cash. The food throughout the stay was brilliant and reasonably priced. The service was prompt and efficient. Olga and Rupert are great hosts who take care of you and have great stories to share, should you find time to sit with them and chat. We did and enjoyed every moment. If I revisit Kerala, Marari Villas will definitely be on each one of them. It was a place which rejuvenated us, just by welcoming us to be a part of them.…
Marari villas and its nearby beach are simply and outstanding option for a "break". Every villa has a private pool, and outdoor garden setting for eating. Olga and Rupert were very welcoming, and all the staff friendly and efficient. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. Australians are spoilt when it comes to beaches, but this one exceeded our expectations, with white sand and very warm water. Umbrellas and lounges. The chef at the villas was very good, and we very happy with the cuisine. If you want lots of activities, and entertainment, this is not the place for you. It is strictly for the perfect chill out
We are still dreaming about our time at Marari villas. Beach stays don’t get much better than this. The villas are located in the most peaceful and beautiful setting - you really feel like you are alone in paradise. The secluded beach is 300 metres from your front door - one of the most incredible beaches I’ve ever been to in India. Again, you feel like the entire beach is yours - barely touched by anyone else apart from a few friendly dogs and fishermen. Where do I even begin with the food. The chef at Marari villas cooked some of the best food we’ve eaten in India. Fresh, tasty and beautifully prepared - it’s not to be missed! Thank you so much to everyone at Marari villas. The wonderful team of workers and Olga & Rupert for making us feel part of your family there! We wished we could’ve stayed for two weeks, but we will be back!!…
