After 3 family vacations at Grand Laguna Beach, this year we decided on a long term stay, and still loving it! It's really great to get off the main road and into the Playa Laguna oceanfront community, with its own quiet and quaint little village feel. The naturally preserved walkway from the hotel to the ocean is breathtaking, one of...

There is NO way this is a four-star hotel as described on some websites. It isn't even a hotel, it's a condo complex and three stars at best. The road to it is dirt with giant sink holes exacerbated by the rain and construction truck use. The condos that are open are old but adequate (for a night). Nothing fancy...

This is a condo with rents out units and unlike other places they offer for no additional cost daily housekeeping and towel service. Was searching around and found this place, so far I like the hotel/condos. The room we had is locate on the 3rd floor to the right across the construction. We had the H4 penthouse - 2 bedroom suite, it was beautiful and it was equipt with everything like dish washer, microwave, washer and dryer, hot tub and much more The...

Hello Mr. Angel, Thank you for your comments and for choosing our hotel. The administrative office and employees are happy you enjoyed your stay. We will take your suggestions into account, just tell you that the construction theme will no longer be for early next year, so we invite you to come back. Infinite thanks !!!

When we first arrived we felt that the place (our trip was in June 2016) was ok-we knew there was construction on the other phase and it didn't bother us that the workers were there and the noise was tolerable. It seemed like a new modern complex with a decent pool area. The bar was nothing....we had expected to be...

Hello Brenda, thank you for taking time to leave your review. I was very upset to hear about the issues you had during your stay with us. After reading your review I held a staff meeting to go over the concerns that you mentioned. It was a little difficult to get all the answers as your review was provided three...

Although there was construction going on next door the staff and the facility was impeccable. Great place to relax for a week if you do not want to stay in a hotel. The grotto was a great place to have a drink and the occasional cheeseburger. Heard that when phase 2 closes there will be a restaurant on-site

My husband and I found the Grand Laguna Beach through word of mouth in Cabarete. We had booked a stay in another hotel close to downtown strip, but after a couple of nights, we were seated next to a group having dinner on the beach and couldn't help overhearing their conversation. They were talking about the Grand Laguna Beach where...

We stayed at the Grand Laguna Beach from Jan 31 to Mar 1, 2016. We shared a lovely and clean two bedroom unit with another couple on the second floor overlooking the pool. Our unit was equipped with a full kitchen so we could cook our own meals. One of the greatest amenities was the elevator as two of our...

Stayed one week at Grand Laguna during first week of March. Had a super nice and spacious 2 bedroom unit.
