Just found out coconut palms has sold. But not informed by coconuts palms. Have no contact info. Love this place and very concerned. Looking at every option to get the word out as I'm not the only owner.

It will get busy soon and preparing for busy season is happening! They staff is constant and they welcome everyone. It is very safe and no problems. Tiki Bar is a great place to hang out. Love love Luis! You always see returning guests. Friendships are formed with staff as well as returning guests. The food is great and chefs...

The staff is wonderful but they cat make up for the run down and very tired facility that hasn't had a nickel invested in it in years. If you like really old and out of date, this is your place. Too bad to see what was once an ok place fall to near ruin.

I go back again and again. If you are looking for a large resort with multiple pools and many amenities this is not it. We get a 2 bedroom. Has 2 baths. TV and DVD player in livingroom. Dining table and full kitchen. Air conditioning in both bdrms. Balcony with seating area. Higher elevations have view of ocean. No matter...

This hotel is located conveniently between Cabarete and Sasua, however without a car or other mode of transportation, there is no way to get anywhere. It is not a walkable distance and /or safe to walk. The actual hotel has a nice pool, the rooms are very outdated, they do have a kitchen and a nice balcony. Air conditioning does...

This is definitely not a 5-star quality resort and I would have given the resort 2-stars if it wasn't for the great staff. There are many positives for staying here, but the place needs major updating. The room size is outstanding (5-stars). However, the room is in need of a major overhaul - seems as if the furniture is from...

We had a three bedroom/ two full bath condo decent size more than enough room for a group of four girls....

We stayed at Coconut Palms for a relaxing holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The actual room was very old, the air conditioning leaked, the fridge did not close, it was dirty and unkept. There was air conditioning in two bedrooms only. The swimming pool looked lovely but the blue paint came off on your feet. I understood it...
