This place is awesome. Not commercialized. No wifi or any coverage in the huts/rooms. No slides, no fountains, no loud noises. Just family reconnecting after staring at screens for too long. Little foxes, fantastic birds. And we saw monkeys, Iguanas and Toucans!! My family and I enjoyed kayaking and floating down the currents. We all made friends with senior couples,...

We stayed here due to our Hilton Grand vacation club points. The points required is very reasonable. I was told that it was an all inclusive but Hilton rep said all inclusive was covered. It seemed odd the me since the exchange points were low. When we got here we found out that it was an additional $75/pp/night. This may...

Great staff. Great accomodations. Wonderful food. Excursions first rate. How often can you say you slept in a bungalo in the jungle with monkeys, fox and wild birds constantly visiting? A vacation where you can do as much or as little as you like. Wonderful time!

Our family had the most incredible time. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They were extremely professional and accommodating. They are very proud of the resort and enjoyed their jobs. Anything that you could have needed or wanted was already thought of; down to the smallest details of flowers rolled in your beach towel, cookies on your pillows, or...

Make sure you do your research on this resort so you know what you are getting. It is very remote. no access to stores or shopping or restaurants. You usually have 2 choices for lunch and dinner but...

A lovely resort in Quintana Roo, near the Kohunlich ruins. All-inclusive, the usual amenities, lovely rooms and grounds. What made it special was the activity program, wonderful trips, kayaking, night kayaking under the stars, wading in a mangrove swamp, bike trip, lots of trip to local ruins. Staff very attentive, and the best granola you will ever eat.

Fantastic place. Very relaxing. Great staff, great food. Fun and educational adventures. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone with a sense of adventure. We really relaxed but "worked hard" at the adventures!

Straightaway, Tripadvisor should delete any reviews of any kind--positive or negative--that are older than five or six years. That being said, this was one of the most relaxing and at the same time, adventurous, vacations that my husband and I have ever taken, and we will return again. An easy and well-directed 4.5 hour drive from Cancun airport on good...

The logistics for us getting here was a bit difficult coming from west coast but we decided to fly into Cancun & then rent a car. Everything went so smooth, flight, car rental & drive. My husband had never driven in Mexico but it was effortless (actually easier than in states, Mexico drivers are more polite). We arrived around 6pm...
