I booked the Family Deluxe room which was a good steal considering I got a good deal from travelbook.ph. The picture of the said room looked inviting enough on the internet, but when we finally got there, it was exactly what we hoped for. My 5 yr old daughter really felt at home and excited about our stay because she...

Stayed in a standard room (1 bed). Comfortable enough and affordable (less than a thousand bucks per night). No bidet in the bathroom. Experienced water leaks from the aircon during my stay. Property looks old. Internet connection inside the room is very good. Staff are helpful. Central location and near common areas of interest.

This has been my favorite place to stay in 2011 and 2012 when i frequented Naga. Hotel staff are very courteous and responsive to guests' needs. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location which is in the heart of the city is superb. Would definitely stay again.

I would rate it GOOD, but your fourth star says very good. It is good but not very good. Nice large and clean room for a good price. Housekeeping and front desk staff are very friendly. They greed and bid farewell, which we could never experience with the Coffee shop staff. They totally ignore you when you walk in the...

Very accommodating and great locations. Excellent service and they spoke great English. Was there for business, seeking out only the best and rarest Naga Viper peppers, right from the source. Surely will be a great addiction to my new hot sauce:)

Good size room. Family Room has three beds - one queen, one double. Good location in downtown. Non-smoking room. Plenty of nearby restaurants, good access to public transportation. Across the street to a Catholic church. On site parking. Good base for visiting Penafrancia Basilica and Shrine. Weak wifi. No chairs in the room. . No wheelchair access. All rooms start...

This hotel provides free transfers to and from the airport. Yummy breakfast meals are priced at 50 pesos for hotel guests. It is right smack in the city center, restaurants and shopping centers are aplenty. Ask for the newly renovated rooms. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Only downside is the Wi-Fi connection, truly unreliable.

Upon booking, the price really attract me to book the hotel given its location and the room. There are 3 of us so I booked family deluxe room so that I dont need to pay for extra person, the room does't include breakfast but they only charge 50php each for bfast w/c is a good deal. They also upgraded our...

Given its location and exterior experience (and price range) we weren't expecting the Shangri-La... in fact considering how much time my team and I would actually spend in the rooms over that busy working weekend, all we hoped for was a clean shower and comfy bed. The rooms - considering it's a provincial, short-stay hotel - were HUGE. 2 queen...
