Conveniently located just beside 1st colonial grill and and near the airport. A bit too far from the malls though. Took the standard room for 1.6k a night. Room looks good but the blankets are too thin and the TV is old. The old air-conditioner is a bit noisy. Breakfast could need some improvement. Not ideal to spend too much...

The hotel is centrally located along Rizal Street (the main thoroughfare of jeepneys) and is near Bicol University (that's why you can easily locate the hotel, just tell the drivers to drop you off at BU). Beside the 1st Colonial Grill restaurant (most famous for their Sili Ice Cream), you will see a doorway leading to the hotel. The reception...

As soon as we landed in Legazpi, we went hunting for a place to stay the night. Went to a few that had decent reviews but did not like them for one reason or another. When we called a hotel for reservations, they said they were full and re-directed us to Villa Amada. The rates were good and when we...

We are here now at Villa Amada Hotel attending a 3-day activity in Legaspi City. First off, we had a fast check-in which is a relief after a 10-hr road trip. No hassles and no issues at check-in counter so kudos there. The rooms have standard twin bed types and quite large enough to fit 4 people. Air-conditioning is adequate...

We had a big, good, clean and reasonable place to stay with free WIFI (always a plus) - since it was our last hope for the night... Served breakfast was a bit poor and front desk people just need more improvement when in comes to costumer service... But for our stay on this hotel, it was great!

Security Guard - The security guard was the most helpful hotel staff, was really polite and friendly. Receptionist - Rude and STUPID receptionist. They initially told us that we could check in early at 7 am, only to arrive there knowing that we can't since the room we paid for was still occupied, and was informed that check in time...

I have been to Legazpi City many times and i have stayed at Villa Amada Hotel twice. The place is very accessible to the airport and to all places in Albay. Rooms are clean and comfortable though you could hear the jeepneys passing at the street. The staff is very accommodating and below the hotel is the 1st Colonnial Grill...
