1. Lady receptionist (lady with long curly hair) is unhelpful, rude and spent most of her working hours flirting with someone on her cellphone. 2. Dirty bed sheets 3. Dirty Floor, no rugs, no towels and no small trashcan inside the restroom 4. Window is partially open, can't be close. 5. Water from the cr leaks outside the room when...

I chanced upon this Dream Inn & Cafe last January 18,2016 around 6 am while doing my morning walk at the Pacific Mall and figured the room rates were way cheaper than the RMJ Apartelle I was checked into close by. I thought of talking to the girl at the desk for a possible moving in that day but to...

I have been to many budget hotels in the country, but this is the worst. Shower room has molds and looks like it has not been cleaned for weeks. Room has very bad lighting and bad smell. Location may be good and convenient but not worth it! Do not stay here!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever been. The hotel is strategically located near the mall. But you may want to think thrice a dozen. Roaches everywhere. Rooms are not worth the price. You can find a decent hotel in Legazpi in its range. Very dark, scary at times. Service is very unprofessional.

The prices are good but going up the 1st flight of stairs they were all dirty not even broomed for weeks. On the 4th floor the single room was filthy the bed linen were from the previous guests (very many more previous guests !) the floor were dirty and fan was missing. The room was really small but for 200...

Had their Australian breakfast for Php115. Good value for your money, if you persist on asking for the missing items in the set. The space isn't that big but never the less it was very accomodating. There was a setup for an acoustic band, too bad we weren't there for the night. The sink though has quite brown water that...

Totally dirty!!!! The place is just near to Pacific mall. I travelled solo and all I need is a room to rest for 2 hours and a place to bathe. It is totally a mess. Very poor maintenance and unhygienic. This is terrible.

I searched this hotel at the internet and since the location is at the center of the city, near a big mall, I chose to stay here. However, when I arrived, my reservation was given to another guest. I even texted the frontdesk an hour before my arrival and they never informed me about my accommodation. I reserved an A/C...
