Usually if we visit Daraga Albay we stay in Pepperland Hotel because of its proximity in the Airport. The Rooms are well organize and decent. The hotel is owned by a politician in Bicol. The Hotel has nightly band provided for enjoyment of the guests.. The Food are good enough delicious and ample service.. The Rooms are a little old... More

Hotel rooms are clean but the scent is just too strong up to the point of irritating your noses. We went there for a training and the food was tragic. Though it is also our fault that we were not able to send a menu beforehand. But their default menu / chef's recommendation is monotonous compared to other hotels. More... More

Hotel was within walking distance to airport. Room was spacious and comfortably accommodated extra bed. Plated breakfast as well as buffet breakfast offered during our stay. The hotel met our needs during our 3 night stay visiting Legazpi. Really enjoyed the mango shake from their restaurant. No lift.

Stay there for work in tiwi. Overall is a good hotel with various eating place. You can have bar, japanese or filipino food there. Although they dont jave smoking room, I am fine. The free internet not that good in the room, you need to go to the lobby to get better connections.

Very humble and quaint facility with upscale European decor at an affordable price. Walking distance to the airport with several restaurant options in immediate vicinity. Staff was very helpful and did everything within their ability to address any needs. 4-stars given only because views can be limiting or undesirable depending upon which room you receive. Otherwise, FABULOUS stay!

Beautiful, European-inspired interiors. But the bedrooms in the 3rd floor...! It was probably just an after-thought -- a bad one at that. ● No closet to hang clothes in; just hangers behind the door. ● The dresser has no lighting. ● The bathroom sink shares the same wet area as the shower. This wet area is separated from the toilet... More

I didn't imagine Legazpi to have as nice and affordable a hotel as Pepperland. Very good location as it was very near the airport. Although the front desk staff who received us for check-in looked a bit disoriented, we got a generally good customer service from the crew during our stay. Room I stayed in was spacious, although air-conditioning is... More

We didn't expect much, knowing Legazpi isn't that big a city. The city itself is quiet, laid-back with that lovely provincial vibe to it. We expected for that to translate into the hotel, and the pepperland hotel did so... In a good way. The lobby is spacious, and though not extravagant, it was welcoming and airy. The reception staff, and... More

The hotel is average. You won't check out crying with tons of complaints. However, do avoid the coffee shop. The cakes were just horribly bad. Maybe we aren't used to Asian cakes, but we wanted to simply throw up after eating them.

As soon as we entered the large receiving area, it was already a treat to see a different kind of display and hotel theme. First, there was the iconic red & green pepper hanging on the ceiling of the entrance. You can feel a Pinoy Mexican vibe with it. Then, as you approach the front desk, you are greeted with... More
