1. Arrived at the hotel at 10pm, the lobby doors were locked, ALL of the lights in the lobby and entire hotel building were out - we thought we got to the wrong place or the hotel already closed down for business..had to bang the glass doors until one of the staff woke up and let us in. 2. Didn't...

My wife and I stayed here recently for a Saturday night. Booked through Agogo and paid about twice the rate they are showing the next day. We left the next morning and I just shake my head at this place. Upon check in we are handed a slip of paper with bare minimal choices for breakfast. The choices you would...

Our family and some relatives stayed here last January 2nd of this year. Won't recommend this hotel. They are short on staff. The reception is nowhere to be found all the time. Wifi is not working. The food that we ordered costs too much ( 2 plate of fried chicken that has 4 pieces bite size, 2 plates of chopsuey...

If you are looking for a homey place away from the noise. If you are looking for big space and a quiet place to reflect and recharge. I strongly recommend Q Hotel Mr. Esguerra kudos for maintaining this place. I have good memories with our short stay here.

Pictures deceiving. Booked via Ag-da. Details: 1. Free Parking coz you park near the pineapple fields. Car owners be aware of this. 2. Non-existent staff. Perpetually missing receptionist, ghost bellboys, zero guards on duty. Scared of my safety at night. 3. Great breakfast but served late. People assigned there appear clueless. 4. Beware of the monster mold slippers in the...

1. We booked our hotel through Travelbook yet when we checked in, they didn't have my name in. It was a little bit frustrating since the person in charge had to confirm more than three times that we're booked in the hotel even though I showed him my confirmation from Travelbook. 2. Speaking of staff, I counted three during my...

Q Hotel is a hidden gem and best for couple staycation when you want a private, romantic setting. The place has a beautiful garden for pictorials but the place obviously have halted construction towards the back hall as bars and beams are still visible.

I have a mixed feeling about what review to give this Hotel. It feels like a house turned into a hotel. The common area is beautiful and I can see it as a good backdrop for pictures. The room we stayed had 2 queen beds good enough to sleep 4 people. we booked the cheapest available room via booking.com because...

We stayed for two nights while visiting Tagaytay. The hotel is situated just a couple minutes drive off the main road through the town, far enough not to hear all the traffic. Really nice house that looks like its been renovated not too long ago (but missed a couple items). The first room allocated to us had a faulty toilet....
