Stayed here for our Valentine Family Get Away. The unit had two bed rooms, a living room and kitchen. Nice area, nice place. It's definitely not Switzerland, we know because we've stayed in Switzerland for a few years. The architecture is not Swiss, the trees are all wrong. Getting past that, we still enjoyed our time there. It's a good... More

Crosswinds Resort Suites is like Switzerland, Camp John Hay in one. It is a subdivision at a secluded place in Tagaytay, far from the city proper. This is good for our family and balikbayan friends as we are trying to escape from the noise of the city. You should have a car of your own though because the hotel proper... More

We could have been happier with our stay in the Hotel but sadly, we were overcharged in our stay. Since we book through Hotel.com we had to make a cash deposit of P1,000.00 upfront refundable on the check out. A day after we left the place, I called the Hotel service desk and explained them how we were overcharged with... More

We stayed in this place on my husband's birthday and we had an unforgettable one. Once you enter their area you will be welcomed by an alpine inspire establishment containing CBTL and the like. entering their place makes you feel you are really in Switzerland. Large array of pine trees with lingering smell soothe your senses and relax your mood.... More

Our Room was located at the second floor but with the best scenic view of mountain and greeneries. If you want to spend a weekend that is quiet and peaceful, i think crosswinds is highly recommended. The beauty of switzerland feel can be seen by the structures of the houses, building and other infrastructures. Though, checking in or getting to the... More

Overall theme is Swiss hotel. They have several detached homes and buildings. Some are private vacation homes and the rest are for guests. The hotel is at the far end and is 5-storey. We stayed here during an office business planning. We got a suite -with dining & living rooms, kitchen. Mobile data is weak here, while the hotel wifi... More

We took a voucher to avail the 1-br suite that could accommodate 4 adults, as per advertised. Upside: - Good service, all of the staff are very nice and accommodating, friendly too - Get to enjoy thousands of pine trees along the main road inside the property, scenic view - The property looks safe and secure, as gate boom barrier... No question the magnificent pine trees will bowl you over and the charming hotel facade will surely warm one's heart. Hotel staff were efficient and helped us unload our stuff on a cart to our 2 bedroom suite. Suite was a good size with table set for 4 diners, a sizeable kitchenette, a master bedroom with flat tv, and a... More
