This small art gallery, restaurant and guesthouse invites you straight into the home of a lovely Nepali family. It is unpolished, simple and offers excellent food. The pancakes are the best in town and they also serve organic french press coffee - a rarity in Nepal. I spent 14 weeks in Dhulikhel for work and had my breakfast here almost...

the room was so clean, and the owners also offer more blanket during cold. The food is organic and hygienic mostly the buckwheat pancakes which is also known as one of the organic food which is mostly found in himalayan area. we can see the view from the rooftop with the great view of village area and a owner garden....

Stopped in Dhulikhel on the way to NamoBuddha ( comment for another review) and after discovering all the overpriced guesthouses and hotels online decided to stay here. I am a bit of a "professional" guesthouse guest having lived in Nepal from 2013-2014. Traveling in Nepal first starts with the mindset of "no expectations"; even basic ones such as hot water,...

We got accidenetly to Purna's place. We highly recomened it! Except of hot shower, clean rooms and great meals; the 44 (!) year old place has got a story of its own... most welcome to taste from the amazing coffee and have a look around. I am sure you will become part of the magic...

If you are staying in Dhulikhel Nawaranga guest house is definitely the place to be. It is a historical place where you can really feel and enjoy Nepali culture. Even though the rooms are simple they are clean and very charming in their own way. You can have a single room and double rooms with either shared bathroom or own...

To choose Nawaranga guesthouse was one of my best decisions accommodations - wise I have made so far in Nepal. Staying quietly and easily to miss. The first impression might be wrong. This is really charming place with real story behind. And it all thanks to the family and proprietor Mr. Purna Man Shrestha running this place since 42 years...

We stayed here for the two nights we spent at Dhulikhel. While the place is quite old (and dusty as some reviewers commented), it definitely has character. The owners is quite something else and you can definitely talk to him all day about everything. He is also quite helpful and has a really nice laugh. I find their food quite...

First impression : Seems very crowdy, and not that attracting. I advice to check if you're okay with roomstyle first ! The reception : The owner is very friendly, even he can seem very pushy sometimes about art and the food. Though it's soo true that the banana pancakes are THE BEST EVER ! But when you enquire about the...

Room was ridiculously small, two beds were squeezed and there was nowhere to stand or put the backpack. Hot water was supposed to be available but when I went to have a shower it was freezing, my partner asked about it and was told "maybe there is no hot water"and that was it, no help whatsoever. No bin in the...
