This is a lovely place - amazingly friendly, helpful staff; our room was spacious and comfortable with all amenities; breakfasts were ample and delicious. The hotel provided us a taxi for two days of sightseeing and then to the bus terminal. The hotel restaurant was very nice - with tables there set out on a lovely lawn - a little...

We enjoyed our stay at Thazin Garden . The rooms were lovely and very clean with a nice balcony and the gardens are very relaxing . Staff very friendly and helpful . We enjoyed having the pool after a long exhausting day touring temples although the water was indeed quite cool ! Breakfast was good by Myanmar standards . Highly...

As all the reviews say: the rooms are dark and rather elderly! The pagoda covered by 1,500 cancels was truly spectacular: really special. The pool was lovely - but quite chilly. We had a massage, which was @ pretty reasonably priced (@ $20 each) but as I lay down on the bed I got that familiar smell: the towel I...

Lovely setting with a pagoda in the garden. At night they put candles around it and move dining tables into the garden (weather permitting). Room was pretty but is getting a bit tired and suffering a bit from the damp smell you get as a result of the rainy season. Balcony was a lovely spot to sit and relax. Breakfast...

Thazin Garden Hotel is very pretty: it is set amongst stupas and bouganvilleas and away from the main streets. The pool is lovely and dining on the lawns, especially under candlelight in the evening is wonderful. The restaurant food was very good, although breakfast was not to the same standard: limited and apart from eggs cooked to order, the food...

The gardens are lovely and the pool was great. The restaurant is next to a pagoda that was lit up for dinner and looked beautiful. The rooms are old fashioned but clean. This was probably the least modern hotel we stayed it out of 4. Staff weren't as friendly as at other hotels but they were fine. You can walk...

We have given this 4 stars because of the lovely gardens, pool and staff. We dined on the lawn each night in front of a stupa lit up with candles and lawn decorated with bougainvillea flowers. The pool is surrounded by lovely bougainvillea which reflects in the water. The evening meals at this hotel were good by Myanmar standards. A...

Very nice location with pagoda in the garden and with large swimming pool. Restaurant offers a variety of meals and these are of very good quality. Deluxe rooms are spacious but furniture is outdated. Bathroom is ok but could also benefit from a renovation. Personnel is very friendly but their English (understanding and speaking) is rather weak.
