This is Vijayalakshmi from Chennai. We had a wonderful stay with family in marriott for three days from 01/11/23 to 04/11/23. This is our repeat stay within five months. We were so impressed with their hospitality during our last stay which triggered us to have a repeat stay and enjoy their excellent service. We felt being at home with their personalized service. Restaurant services -------------------------------- Welcome back gesture by the Restaurant staff was really overwhelming. They really went out of the way to make us feel at home. The buffet spread was too good and the food quality was excellent. We would give highest rating for their Hospitality. We stayed in this place for 3 days. Wonderful place to stay. The staff is so courteous, friendly and willing to help all the time. The restaurant has excellent variety of food. More importantly it is the staff who make it special. They come to you frequently to check if everything is ok and if we need anything. The chef came to us and asked if he could prepare anything else! They even brought a small cake with ‘see you soon’ written on it and wanted to take a picture with us! The reception staff are very friendly and will greet you and come to you whenever they see you. Thank you Chef Arun, Chef Jagdeesh, Swati, Bhuvaneshwari, drivers Gopi, Ramesh and many many more. We had a birthday celebration of our Little Princess BENITA ROSE in Nivandham Hall. The seating arrangements and food were on point. The staffs were very prompt in attending to our needs. The service on the whole was top class. The stay was very comfy with fluffy pillows and clean linens. We will surely recommend Courtyard By Marriot to our friends and families.

Overall service was excellent, from check in / check out. Team at breakfast was very friendly and took time to go round the tables to check in with the guest on the food. Chef Jagadish accommodated to our request for a particular breakfast item. They check with us when we were checking out and prepared the dish on the morning we were checking out. Manager informed us as we walked in for breakfast. Only downside which will need improvement is to look into reservation request. As we were only checking in early morning, (12am) i had informed to have our rooms ready (especially 1 room which needed extra bed). However, due to flight delay, we checked in quite late (and we had to leave early in the morning for a road trip) but our room was not ready. We were already tired and sleepy and yet had to wait for bed and extra toiletries to be delivered. …

This is a great hotel and the only 5 star hotel in Trichy. The room and bathroom were very clean and had the necessary amenities that a 5 star hotel should have like comfortable beds, mini fridge, kettle, TV, study table, good air cond,etc. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection especially we are vegetarians, so it was worth the money. They had a combination of indian and continental breakfast. I especially loved their fresh cream which was made in house, which I had it with the pancakes and it was in the parfait as well. We also had our dinner buffet at the restaurant and it was fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian Spaghetti that they made for me at the counter. They also had a chaat corner where they had pani puri, dahi puri,etc. Right next to the hotel there are some fashion stores called Max (sells western and indian clothings) & Churidar house (amazing collections of churidars, anarkalis, lehengas and kurtis) The staffs at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful this includes people at the reception, restaurant and from housekeeping as well. A special shout out to Rengasri,Srijita,Babli,Senthilkumar & Roshith. They were all extremely helpful and very pleasant. Especially, Rengasri who were very concerned, attentive and really took good care of us. Thank you to you all for making our stay pleasant and wonderful. Had the Engagement ceremony of my daughter in Nivandham Hall- Excellent ambience- Super food - Unbelievable service. Special mention should be made of Chef Leo Lawrence, Jude Rice & Nagavel. We had taken two food trials and all the feedback given was explicitly addressed. Overall the experience of celebrating the Engagement in Marriott was exceptional - dealing with such courteous and good people- who want to make the function a booming success and yes they made it.

After a dreadful experience at another hotel we called the Marriott. The staff on the phone could not have been more helpful. On arrival Ragu was a gem, he was fantastic and so kind when he realised our situation. We were upgraded to a suite and for the first time in days felt as if we were in paradise. The suite was spacious and the bathroom amenities were fantastic. They have a great bar for a drink and the restaurant is well run, professional with high quality food and beverages. The pool area is brilliant. This hotel is immaculate inside and out. Many thanks to Ragu, Chola, Elvis, Jagadeesh who prepared a wonderful meal for us and to smiling happy Dharesh for his fantastic service. The staff should all be proud of themselves. stayed for 2 nights in the hotel. It is a relatively new hotel but probably one of the better ones in Trichi. hotel looked very nice at the reception and gives a feeling of a good property. it is in heart of the city hence makes very convenient. room was decent in size but not a very great one. the study table was almost non-existent. one small glass round table which has to be used as study table. Bed was king size and comfortable. seperate walk-in closet with place for bags etc. room slippers were of avg quality but may be thats the standard for Courtyard. bathroom was new and modern. good fixtures and very convenient to use. amenities could be better esp the shaving blade. had gone to the gym. small one with 2 treadmills of Lifefitness. However, the treadmills were, may be, lower models of lifefitness and not the new ones with the good screen. not a great feeling to use that treadmill. the cost difference between this model and top of the line model, may not be high and hotel must have thought about that. while it is courtyard, giving good gymming equipment will add to the stay pleasure. breakfast restaurant was good and had huge spread. This spread compares well to any good 5 star hotel. Overall decent stay. nice business hotel. …
