It's the First hotel we stayed when landed in trichy it's about 20mins from the airport. Good service and nice buffet breakfast spread. Liked the view from the top of the restaurant. There's a bar also for those who want to have some drinks and relax. Rooms are average.

Amazing customer service. Very pleasant and welcoming concept. Hope to repeat my stay in future. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent, incredibly varied and great serving by the food and beverage team. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful.

This hotel has become our permanent stay whenever we visit Trichy. I have 3 sis and my daughter's in-laws @ Trichy. Hence, we often visit Trichy to attend family functions. After staying in many hotels in Trichy, finally we settled with Gardenia. It is on the Chennai-Trichy Highway and hence very convenient. No need to enter the city. Good ambience, Clean rooms, 24h hot (really hot) water, sumptuous complimentary breakfast, tasty food-room service, friendly staff, ample parking space and what not. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent coordination and Responsive. Food taste is amazing both veg and non veg. Morning breakfast served on the table very hot. Dining is served very fast and the Hotel is located next to highway therefore there no problem reaching to hotel and traffic issues.

It was a business stay and we have conducted one workshop program at the hotel conference. The hotel rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are fitted with modern amenities. Staffs are cooperative and the service provided was fantastic. The restaurant provides multi cuisine. North Indian food is also available with variety of options. Located near to the Trichy Airport and Railway station.

Good place and great location ( close to the by pass ) Neat and compact rooms and good service .Food was great But management needs to look into small issues like wi fi which is available but was conveyed that the same will work only w mobiles and not laptop or tablets This was surprising Also while toilets were clean ,need more lighting and finally no full length mirror which is easy to provide

It was a very comfortable stay at the hotel. We had a booking for two nights. The executive room was excellent with all facilities and provisions. The room service was prompt. Breakfast on 4th floor was very good with a variety of dishes. The manager was very courteous and served hot breakfast to our table. I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Sathish at reception. He was very supportive and helpful to us. We had to go to Velankanni and he arranged a comfortable taxi for us at very affordable rate and even the next day to the airport. I will highly recommend Grand Gardenia Hotel to all. It is a very good place to stay!
