I never expected a small property in Srirangam could ever enthrall me and induce to write a review. I just couldn't stop myself from writing this. This property offers well kept luxury rooms, just the size you would expect for a spiritual treat, located on the road, not too far from the Srirangam Renganthar temple and also easy approach from the NH. The staff were very courteous, hotel had all amenities a botique hotel is expected to have. My Non Veg eating friends had a feast in the restaurant located in groumd floor. On whole a wonderful one nighter, divine and bliss. Must stay place !

Overall a very good experience. The linen was excellent, beds well laid out, neat and clean. The towels were of top quality. All toiletry items were laid out and one did not have to ask for anything. Spacious rooms with wardrobes. Brinda at the reception was very helpful and made the check-in a breeze.

The hotel is very near to the Akilandeseari temple just walkable distance and adjacent to national highway. Front office staff are good and there is underground parking with room for driver.The room is very spacious and very clean. Coffee and tea sachets with kettle is available in the room.

a. Check-in time is past 12pm only unless you are lucky. I booked via hotel website that has no mention of it. It only says 24h check-in/out. I would’ve landed in trouble had i not called the hotel the day before for confirmation. The lady told online booking is from 12 only and online booking amount is less than direct booking (thats about 200-400 i guess). So if i pay 400 extra they will hold the room and can check in at will? Pure joke
b. They use solar water heater another joke at this time of year. Literally not a drop of hot water in morning. My plans went for a toss. I didn’t get hot water even by 9am. 🤦🏼♂️. Got it at 12pm. I mean even a simple lodge will have a geyser and this is supposedly a 3 star hotel.
c. The attitude of people solving the problems is not assuring. Example i had to call 3 times to get someone to visit reg hot water and he says you will get in 15m. No follow ups’ nothing. Just to test their word of hot water getting used up early, i tried to check the following day at 5am. Its not even freaking warm.
I will never stay here again.

I had a wonderful 3 night's stay at this hotel. The hotel is impeccably clean, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, humble, and friendly. The buffet breakfast is delightful, and the Kannappa restaurant, located nearby, serves delicious food at reasonable prices. This is my second stay here, and I highly recommend it to all travelers

Very efficient and courteous staff, clean and spacious rooms
Rooms are good sized for a family. Fairly larger rooms than most other hotels. At the piece range (2500 for a night) a very good place to stay. Complimentary breakfast included. The restaurant in the hotel is a good place to dine
Only the flip side is they have only a few car parking slots, but cars can be parked in the side street

Overall good stay. Very courteous front desk. Spacious & clean room. Tasty food at Kannappa restaurant. Some minor cons which cost the 1 star from me - intercom did not work, ran out of hot water for bath & windows need better sound proofing to keep external traffic & loudspeaker sound from disturbing the sleep

A special thanks to Brinda who was very helpful with my phone booking. I couldn’t find any properties online therefore called this Hotel and we were accommodated against a cancellation. I can’t tell how much of a big help this was!
The hotel is near the flyover, therefore parking on the road is a bit difficult if the basement is full.
The rooms are clean enough, comfortable and spacious.
Hotel Kannappa (restaurant) is attached to the property. Good breakfast served as a part of the stay.
Staff are very courteous and very helpful.

While the room itself was comfortable, the access to the hotel is extremely congested. The car park is very small. So I would not recommend this place to people travelling with senior citizens or by car. Otherwise, a good hotel that is budget friendly for short stay. The restaurant serves both vegetarian and non vegetarian food and is pretty compact. They also have room service, but there is a long wait during peak time.

My Wife and I stayed in this hotel primarily to visit the Srirangam temple and also the Big Temple at Thanjavur.
This is a new hotel, most of the cabbies have not heard of this name.However the adjoining restaurant( Kannappa Hotel) is very popular amongst localites especially for it's non veg food.
Positives:
1. Good Rooms( we stayed in a Suite). 2. Decent Service( by Trichy standards). 3. Good location especially for Srirangam temple visits. 4.Easy availability of Ola and Autos( Say Kannappa Hotel and not Grand Arcadia) 5. Great Food(esp non veg) in the adjoining restaurant. 6. Good Cab organised for our trip to Thanjavur and back 7. 24 hrs check out
Not so Good( can be improved):
1. Breakfast is just about OK,don't expect a wide spread 2. The main steward(who takes the order during dinner -Man with glasses) in the adjoining hotel ( Kannappa Hotel) talks very loudly and rudely with guests.He should learn to be patient and talk politely.He generally behaves as if he is doing a favour to the people who come to dine at the restaurant.
Overall, comparing with other Trichy hotels,this is the best.Value for money.We will return.
