Overall it was a great property and the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet were limited and fixed but what was served was tasty. The staff were very polite and attended to our needs very quickly. The only piece is they charge you for everything you request apart from the ones you pre-book while booking the rooms. I was enforced new year celebration fees of around 5k, which they said is mandatory. In my case, I booked via MakeMyTrip & found this information regarding late in MMT app.
It was poor experience in case.
Pros: 1. Service was good 2. Breakfast was good 3. Property looks good and spacious
Cons: 1. Mandatory fee imposition for 31st Dec, which I wasn't aware. 2. Food was very pathetic on 31st night. Even steam rice was uncooked & list is endless for that night. Tomato soup was like water. Most of things were tasteless. 3. In starters and snacks pizza, garlic bread, was below quality. 4. Maybe, it was due to large crowd they inducted that night. 5. There was huge line and waiting time for starters and snacks, I waited for almost 15-20 mins to get a piece of pizza. 6. There was not heat pump in their AC, though they provided a quartz heater on request, but it wasn't efficient @ 4-6 degree. 7. They was very less ventilation in bathroom, which makes more smelly. 8. Shower's pores are choked and water was flowing very less. 9. There was some limescale coming in taps.
Though, there was so much issues I didn't complaint to them, as I don't have time to address this to them and I felt they are not serious about there hospitality.
I guess other time food quality was very good but on 31st it was total blunder ! For me, biggest down points are bad food, no heat pump and extra charges (which traveler need to pay on arrival).
Suggestion: 1. Include such gala dinner prices into the hotel room prices for 31st Dec.

The hotel staff is rude and the location is set wrong on Google maps to attract customers. It says 200-250 meters away from station and than you end up in front of a bank but not a hotel. The hotel is on foy sagar lake road and it is not even a constructed road. The only way to get in and out is 9A bus which you almost never get when you go out. Auto rickshaws take 150 to 200 rupees to go to railway or even the closest places around. You will be lucky to get a auto rickshaw at this place. The hotel was empty and scary. The roof of the hotel has a restraunt and not even a single person over there. The swimming pool was empty too. Avoid the receptionist as she does not seem to like her work. The hotel itself has premium look and vibes to it. But they lied as the hotel was in a village and not Ajmer.

First the good: Nice spacious rooms Clean hotel Safe parking area
Now the bad: The receptionist failed to recharge the cable subscription in two days we stayed there so no TV during the stay. Hotel provides mattresses and not proper extra bedding cot at price they charge Hotel location is isolated with no easy access to public transportation to reach dargah or elsewhere and most Importantly which lead to low stars is prices of the inroom Dining. Prices of food is very high compared to the quality as well as quantity. Hotel management should really consider the prices of the Menu as they are very high for the price you pay for the hotel. They should be reduced by no less than 30 percent.

Manager named Mr. Choudhary is very rude. The checkin process of this hotel is pathetic the checkin time is 12PM and even if they provide you the room by 2PM you will be lucky. So i would suggest come after 2PM if you want the room. Ever after getting the room after so much time we realised the hand jet was leaking and no towels were provide inspite of calling twice did not get the towels. The place is far off from the main city. Think twice before booking this hotel. Manager Choudhary and manager Akshat are not groomed and have anger issues. All in all one of the worst experience ever

This was one of the finest hotel we found in our Rajasthan tour. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. We had a tiring journey before we checked into the hotel and the welcome they had for our group was amazing and refreshing. It was Christmas Eve and the atmosphere was very well created for the celebrations. We had a romantic candle light dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant was beautifully lit with lights and flowers. To top it up we had a live singing performance and he even took our song requests and sung them beautifully. We had a grand celebration at #grandxenia with a yummy cake organised for our group. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel lobby and exterior was well decorated. Swimming pool and Game room will give you a opportunity to not leave the hotel and stay indoors and relax. Definately worth staying at @grand_xenia if you're in Ajmer.

The hotel is excellent property for a wedding as its rich in taste well done and the team behind knows how to look after a typical Indian wedding guest and best is the location the kind of natural surroundings that we can look at from rooms is superb .
