Kolahoi Gulmarg is a lovely property with cozy, warm rooms looking towards snow capped mountains. The dining area is also well managed by a group of friendly staff who are always ready to help you. Mr Ishfaq Shafi helped us with the bookings and guided us to the correct people for any of our requirements. A special mention of Mr Muzamil, our excellent driver during the entire Kashmir trip.

An amazing find which is very close to the Gondola Station. The rooms are spacious and super clean. Loved the view from my window. The team at the reception (Shahid) as well as the F&B team ( Imran, Nissar, Mehboob, Shahid and Dawood ) are friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The dinner spread was great and very delicious.

Excellent stay at Gulmarg hotel. Kolahoi heights is well located and the service is great. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The food is very good .Despite it being cold the heating in hotel made us very comfortable. Ashraf our server was very pleasant. Recommend this property highly, hope to revisit soon with friends

Super hospitality.Staff of this hotel is fabulous specially Shahid from restaurant and Rayees from from office. Food was tasty rooms was also neat and clean I was staying in room no. 304 view from room was tremendous. Thank you Kolahoi Green.

Very good hotel and very good staff. All staff members the front office, the restaurant and all the house keepers. Very courteous and respectful. The rooms are well equipped with hot water, heaters. Very clean and just near the gandola. Right place to stay . All should come and stay at this hotel in Gulmarg. Irfan Bhat and front office reception Rayees very helpful and knowledgeable.

We checked in to Kolahoi Green Gulmarg on 5th Oct. the service starting from the reception was absolutely shady and rubbish. We were given rooms 214 and 215. With no initiative from the staff, we ended up carrying the bags ourselves to the rooms. Onwards, we learnt that the heaters in the rooms were not operational, upon which a request by us was made to have that sorted. Until 10 pm we patiently awaited yet the sorting obviously never happened, thus we requested for a room change. Re-allocated were rooms 201 and 205, and unfortunately we found out that the bedding was filthy and had not been changed. Naturally, this left us wondering whether even the towels were changed. Thankfully the staff on the night shift were helpful and agreed that bed linens of these rooms were not changed by the day shift staff. Perhaps the hotel may be decent and recommended, however, the customer service requires training in hospitality and communication especially being in the service industry. …
