We arrived to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary & were given a most amazing welcome & only then notice a big, personal welcome on the notice board! Coupled with a superb upgrade (3 level room with sea view, unbelievable bathroom & full kitchen) was sparkling wine, nuts & sweets! We can't wait to go back in 2017! Louis-THE-lawyer (& Sue)

This hotel is really charming and were very happy with the service from check in to check out. We were greeted with a glass of sherry and shown to our room. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side, poured down, so stayed within the confines of hotel. This is an old post office building. We had dinner here and...

We (family of 4) arrived after a long and tiring drive from Cape Town to be given a very warm welcome by the staff. We booked two suites facing the sea and the bay with a living room, single dormer room upstairs, great bedroom downstairs with one of the best bathrooms in a hotel I've stayed in. The hotel is...

Good location with secure parking.Good restaurant too with service minded attendants. Two days of Kitchen fume in courtyard and very dirty swimming pool was a major dissapointment that should not be there in a relative expensive hotel . An empty minibar did not make us impressed either. Will look for a Guesthouse for our next visit.

We recently spent two nights at the hotel whilst doing the Garden Route. The hotel is well situated in the centre of Mossell Bay and despite being in an old historic building the facilities and rooms are of a modern standard. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good power shower in a very stylish wet room type bathroom....

We stayed here for 2 days as we drove the a Garden Route. Rooms were very comfortable and hotel is superbly located in the heart of Mossel Bay. The restsurant, however, is exceptional, and is very popular amongst locals. We had the best sushi ever there. Extensive and very comfortable outside verandas near the pool.

I really don't know how to describe it! The hotel is exactly as described on the website, but just feels a little downmarket.
