Our son got engaged and we celebrated at Nyaru. Great place and people. Highlight was 6 of us each on a quad bike doing a game drive; not something we can do in England. Seen loads of animals and they obviously know the bikes so they simply continued grazing. Our guide was Hein, a brilliant host, he knows his plants,... More

We arrived at the lodge after 15:00 on a Sunday afternoon. After check-in we enquired about a late light lunch, which was no problem. Very tasty and fresh chicken salad. The chalet is rustic and compact, yet comfortable. The two warthogs and giraffe were a real treat! The staff were helpful and attentive, and breakfast was tasty. The quad bike... More

We stayed here with our young family. The staff were lovely and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the outdoor eating area where we could watch the animals, it was picture perfect! However, the warthogs stole the show! Sleeping on the couch and joining us for breakfast, it was amazing to get so close to them! We loved everything... More

The room was clean and very well decorated. The food was really amazing, I never had so much good food in such variety. The staff was so friendly to me, and Pierre, Elizna and their children made me feel completely at home even though it was my first time in Africa. I had such a good time at Nyaru Game... More
