Rooms were clean, airconditioning worked quitely and efficiently. The pool was ok too. Could've been more shadowy places near it. The food was very good & quite a wide choice of it (although you had to wait for some dishes which ran out). Wifi available near the lobby.

Climatic place just in front of the dessert, which begins actually from the hotel gate, across the street. Hotel is located a little bit outskirts, very nice staff, attentive, they welcomed us with traditional tea and some nuts, English is spoken, very nice food, especially dinner was better than in other 4 star hotels I was in Morocco. Rooms simple...

This is probably not a hotel for vacation - but very good location for trips to the Sahara. The rooms are simple but clean and tidy. Beds spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool clean, the food at the hotel was good. Staff smiling and helpful. During our visit was a big storm - staff immediately cleaned consequences.

hotel like in fairy tale, with small, but comfy bungalows, among bougainvilleas bush. Room was clean, as th bathroom, and breakfast and dinner correct. This place was good choice for one night standing and the start point for excursion to the desert.

We stayed here as part of a tour. The rooms we stayed in here out dated and stuck in the 1970s so this place is not Western 5 stars. The wifii only works in the reception area, and it doesn't allow many people on it at once. The bar has pretty good prices. The pool area is really lovely. I'm led...

We stayed at this hotel during a guided trip and stayed for one night only. The rooms are ok, tidy and rather quiet as they are far away from the road. The food is average at best, limited choice, not very inspiring but ok and warm.

Being in charge of a group of motorhomers can be a bit daunting in morocco, however we decided to stay for a few days cooling down from the excessive temperatures(44 in the shade)at the palms in erfoud. The air conditioning was a distinct advantage and the rooms although simple were clean and tidy and well serviced .The menu is always a buffet...

Like most couples we stayed here for easy access to the Sahara Desert. We arrived at 5pm, no towels in the rooms. Manager unhelpful but a maid sorted us out. Bit of a suspect smell outside the room. Room very basic, no fridge, no safe and the TV did not work. More worrying though was the loo which would not...

Nice hotel outside of town. Comfy and quiet. From there you can go on excursion to the desert. TV has several international channels! Good Wi-Fi on the Reception area. Unfortunately the pool area has too less shades - when the sun is high, it makes a big difference. In general I liked the hotel!
