We stayed here for one night on our way to the Sahara Desert. The front desk was laid back and didn't help us when we told them that the Internet was not working.. The room was big for the 3 of us and there was a safe with a key. There was no curtain in the bathtub and there was...

Rooms are large but lacked character and were worn. Staff were disinterested and transactional. Only place in morocco that we were not asked if we wanted some tea upon arrival. Entry stark. Only place we stayed at that had a tv in the room. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for two nights and that was enough. First day when we arrived I had arrange a tour to go to Merzouga with the Hotel staff, the arrangement was to leave in the morning and come back sometime in the afternoon for 100$ for two people. The package came with a tour guide a 4x4 car, lunch and sightseeing on the...

We came to this hotel after our camel ride from Merzouga. We were pleased at the cleanliness and the size of our rooms. The hotel itself has a lot of decorations around the place, which made it very traditional. The garden area is beautiful with a pool. It was pleasant dining next to the pool area in the morning. Although...

Tastefully designed building with traditional touch. Spacious room with balcony and garden view. Restaurant in the garden near to the pool. Very nice and helpful staff, esp. Fatima. Good overnight stay before exploring the desert in Merzougha.

In early May 2014 I stayed for five days in this lovely hotel. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the food is always good and, above all, the hosts were gracious and helpful al all times. It was great to dine in a shady garden near a delightful swimming-pool - and even in the cool of a conveniently-placed Berber...

I visited this place on a business (yes, business) trip in October 2013. I was hardly in the hotel, but had all my meals there and the food was great. The hotel is big, clean, authentic and nice. The pool area is beautiful and i enjoyed breakfast by the pool everyday. Me and my team were the only guests at...

A curious place indeed. The building is fine, including a very attractive swimming pool. The food was good (we had dinner and breakfast). But the service was so poor that it bordered on nonexistent. The room not only had no toilet paper, there wasn't even a holder where it should have been. When we asked for some at the front...

This is a new hotel and feels fairly sterile. Clean spacious rooms and common areas. The pool area and garden are very nice. It had a bar/club on the grounds that looked nice, but we didn’t see anyone use. It had a pretty cool library filled with antiques. Dinner was tasty. It is outside Erfoud and fairly isolated.
