Resort is outside town in a wonderful setting. Room was huge with plenty of space to roam around, but strangely no work desk. The cathode ray TV looked a bit out of place. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the toilet and a huge shower area. Insecticide spray was on the shelf but I didn't see many critters...

The desert location makes the hotel seem like you are staying in an oasis. The grounds, pool, and rooms are beautiful. We found the service to be fine but the restaurant food was mediocre. We were also a bit worried that our room smelled heavily of insecticide spray.

The whole grounds were quite nice, although unfortunately too cold to enjoy the pool. The rooms were very large although the bathrooms were open so we decided to get a separate room for grandma who came with us, cause that's just awkward. The buffet dinner and breakfast were quite lavish. Food presentation was quite impressive, and all the food tasted...

This hotel was a nice place to relax and rest from a long visit. Being out in the middle of the desert region, it was nice to come to a place that had a pool, a/c, WIFI, and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was as depicted in the photos, large and accommodating. Not the most up-to-date, but comfortable and relaxing....

Wonderful location and hard to avoid if you are touring in the area which is why they don't seem to care about service. Food mediocre at best. We ordered a half bottle of wine at dinner, took a couple sips and it was obviously bad. Asked for it to be removed from our bill as we didn't drink it and...

The hotel, the rooms, the decoration were all very unique, and authentic to this desert region of Morocco. From the doorways, to the bedding, it was truly like staying in a royal kasbah. We only stayed there for one night on our Globus tour of Morocco... But it was a great place to stay. Excellent food, ambience, and value for...

One has to remember that one is in Erfoud not in Fes or Marrakech. I know my room was a nice size, very clean. The service was very good. Ok the dinner and breakfast left something to be desired but it probably is the best there is here. One could do a lot worse.

This is a wonderful hotel in a pretty remote area of Morocco. It is beautiful and offers a very comfortable and pretty place to stay. The rooms are very large, immaculate, with nice Moroccan decor, comfortable beds and pillows and nice large bathrooms. The dinner buffet and breakfast were great and offered lots of choices (everything was really good and...

The hotel is beautiful as others stated. The staff were friendly. My only issue is that we arrived in mid-January which is the slow season. We were four and there were another 4 people there as well. That said, there were no welcome drinks, cookies or music as we read about. Dinner consisted of three choices, Chicken Provincial, Spaghetti Bolognese...

Not sure what other hotels are around to compare this to. Stayed in January and probably not the best time to go. Room has heat but the bathroom doesn't and takes a long time to warm up the bathroom. We were the only group there and everyone's dinner entree had to be sent back to get reheated. Breakfast was awful....
