Very friendly staffs, amenities so admirable and comfortable. Maintain the exemplary services you offer to the clients. Cleanliness was excellent and admirable. entertainment also was good within the rooms
I have stayed in this hotel many times. In Kisumu this is one of the best hotels. - Good clean hotel - excellent location next to mall where you can have supermarket, shopping, food (Java restaurant), best Medical clinic (# 1 Aga Khan Hospital), Bank etc - Food in the restaurant is unmatchable. The chef makes best food - Staff are kind and flexible too Things to improve ================= - Lighting in the room is very poor and you can't work after evening in the room - Internet is inconsistent and unstable - Expensive
Staff are attentive and friendly, but the performance of the front desk could be improved as the service is fairly inconsistent. The rooftop restaurant is nice to frequent for the view of the lake and friendly staff. However, I would not recommend staying at the hotel as it is not worth the price (unless one has some money to burn) and it still has some way to go in the area of hospitality. I have enjoyed better service and amenities for far less in other locations. All in all, I will continue to frequent the restaurant and café when in town, but I do not plan to stay at the hotel any time soon.
Having heard of the high standards of Acacia Premier Hotel from my daughter, I was looking forward to a real experience. True to its name it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my brief stay. I didn't get to test most of the services due to the nature of my trip. However all that I got to experience was excellent, starting from the front reception, the cleanliness, the room ambiance to the food, the service and clearance process. Keep up with the good standards
A place to be while in the lakeside city no doubt! The rooms are clean, the services are world class and the employees love what they do. Go for the Lake Victoria facing rooms to enjoy your stay further.
Very Clean hotel. Good food and very nice outdoor bar. The hotel is situated in a mall so there are a lot of facilities within walking distance of the hotel. The rates are very high for a hotel of that grade
Reception staff were not warm. On check in, the receptionist didn't call someone to help with our bags. our room faced a parking lot. our sleep was disrupted by noises like water pumping at night and a strange alarm that went off at 1 a.m. which security claimed to not have heard. My husband had to walk downstairs to find out what the alarm was about as no one was picking the reception phone. On check out, we found a cold unfriendly staff who again did not offer help with our bags to the car. we carried our bags ourselves. we felt the hotel felt we were not important as the place was full of Kenya's business who's who. I'm sure the who's who are treated differently. Security was unfriendly as we left.
The views from Aqua restaurant and the rooms facing the lake are so awesome! Generally the hotel is very clean and the rooms are also spacious. The staff at Acacia are always willing to assist when called upon.
Average service, inconsistent food quality, not worth the cost, staff seem poorly trained but are otherwise helpful Took an hour to get an extra towel, ate the fish for three days, quality got worse with each passing day, there's no way to justify the cost of the facility, totally overpriced,
Flooded shower due to blockage of drainage causing fear on feet, no ventilation in the bathroom, little attention to the guests needs as the room lacked in consistency of the booking, front and bathroom doors jammed. Also not flexible to alter breakfast with dinner for those who would wish an early start in their journey and wouldnt mind paying the difference. (If any) Good parts included the concierge. Notably good location near a mall. Good view of the lake. Unsatisfied with value for cost of $150.
