We used to be regular customers there but this particular visit when we brought our cousins we encountered a very confused arrogant lady at the reception who claimed to be the manager(which I doubt).may be she was racist.instead of charging us per room as before she wanted to charge as individual.normal rates being 3000 for double room,she wanted extra money(1000shs per kid).plus no fans were available considering it was too hot and we come from a cold town.we left looking for other options.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover such a hidden place right next to the city. It is a christian-managed hotel with very clean rooms and fairly quiet environment. The parking space is large even for buses. There is a chapel in the compound for Christians and you can join in their devotion services. The downside is that there is no wi-fi and sometimes it can get slightly noisy when the worship is on in the church which is on rare times.

I thought it was a very clean and nice place to stay. Very affordable as well for the bed and breakfast price. Safe parking is available too. The staff were quite helpful as I arrived late in the night.

I avoid coming to Kisumu because of the night life, all hotels I have visited have pubs and loud music. As a Christian I found myself getting frustrated with Kisumu until I found this clean Christian guesthouse. I can enjoy morning fellowship and quiet peaceful night. The room are clean with a fan. Know I can come visit Kisumu and have a place to call home.

A visit to Good Samaritan Inn left our group travel memorable with the dedicated staff there for us.The rooms are clean and indeed the entire place look neat.The hotel is christian founded hence the moral values are upheld by all .

It's a nice clean place with very lovely staff, although some of the waiters were rude... The food is amazing and very homely... The standard rooms aren't exactly very spacious but they are very clean and comfortable :) Would definitely recommend this!
