This hotel has greatly improved in cleanliness and quality of services since the last time I visited. We found food to be very excellent this time. The staff were also friendly and professional. We met the owner of the hotel who personally assured us of excellent services; he did not disappoint. The lack of lift is still an issue though,...

A nice hotel, behind Tuskys shopping Mall. Very secure, great packing space, twenty for hours security. Great African restaurant. Has conference facilities too. Great hospitality from the staff. All the rooms have free Wi-Fi..

Took my family for one week holiday and it was amazing. The rooms are spacious and very neat. They are well cleaned and maintained. They have a family room with one large bed and small one for the kids but within the same room. The breakfast was exquisite and filling...great! The only downside is music from a nearby church on...

Stayed here for five days conducting a training. I'm not gonna complain about the lack of lifts on a hotel with six floors. That I could live with. The drinks are very expensive. A simple beer costs twice what is charged in the major hotels in Kisumu. Maybe because the management has to hire people to lift it up to...

For my purpose, a business trip, I found it clean and friendly. The personnel at the rooftop bar is quite slow. The price is good compared to the standard. There are several hotels which offer the same standard at a higher price. So, this is just okay.

The Hotel is located in the city of Kisumu close to the Bus station making it easily accessible for passengers arriving by bus. Avoid Saturday nights as there is a church service in the neighborhood which goes on most of the night. Apart from that the higher up the room the better from a noise perspective however be prepared to...

I was once late in kisumu town and dint have means to get home and one taxi guy adviced me to get a place in this hotel. It was a good place reasonable rates but one thing that never left my mind was the arrogance by the receptionist.i simply inquired if they had rooms available and an obvious sleepy guy and...

This is not a hotel, more of a hostel as it was full of students. Beautiful on the outside but horrendous within! Booked into standard room, no AC or fan in the sweltering heat of Kisumu. Complained then was moved to a "deluxe" room which had AC on 4th floor! No lift in this building and for a person with...

This location was a pleasure. The staff were exceptionally helpful which is reflection of the hotel. the complementary breakfast was also enjoyable. I would recommend this location to the visitors, especially for the price. Comfortable and relaxing, wi-fi available are all an advantage.

Simple, quite place for business and conference. Two minutes drive from the main stage of Kisumu City Kenya. Choose a deluxe room for couples on Half Board and experience a charming restaurant services at its large.
