The breakfast was fine. There was reasonable assortment and the service by the waiters and chef commendable Service was very good. However the "tray charges" for room service is exorbitant, and thus limits guest from using room service The room we were assigned was spacious and well decorated, with nicely fastened mosquito net. However the view of the lake from the 5th floor rooms is oversold. Perhaps the skyline of Kisumu is a better fit. I only implore you to maintain the good standard.

Person's, services, places, commodities, etc. are working in the manner that you are comfortable and make your stay a pleasure. You have also have a beautiful view of the city and it's not far from the airport.

Travelled from Nairobi to Kisumu for a wedding. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The room was very modern, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a great place to unwind from the long drive and escape from the Kisumu heat. Stephen who worked at reception was great, really friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had dinner in the restaurant, room service and breakfast and every time the food was consistently good with lots of options at a very reasonable price. The bar was fully stocked and there was a lovely place outside to sit and just enjoy the surroundings. If you can I’d get a room where you can see lake Victoria.

The hotels is located at ideal environment with ample parking space. The breakfast is very sumptuous and the staff readily packs it if you have no time to sit in. I deffinetly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The hotel has good sized rooms and very clean. The staff are very professional and quite helpful; the internet is good and reliable. The hotel is along the Kisumu - Kakamega Road and not far from the airport (on the flight path). The environment is cool and you could see the planes going to land at Kisumu International airport.

My family had a wonderful experience during our stay. The food is the best in town and affordable with a wide variety especially for young children. Enjoyed the new years eve bonfire and garden as well. The rooms and balcony are quite spacious with a beautiful view of the hills and lake. The staff are quite pleasant, attentive and are flexible to your needs... highly recommend

BW is worthy choice. I must give another try. Nice rooms and satisfactory hospitality services. Improve on conferencing facilities and the outdoor spaces. The value for money is good too but made better through aggressive marketing of the good facility.
