Have stayed here for 5days occupying room 201,the staff of this hotel are wonderful! Especially VICTOR,RANDA,ROBAI AND RODGERS, KATHLEEN and the chef who made our breakfast last day was awesome! Can't forget the supervisor Tony and the Receptionist of the second day of our convening! God bless these wonderful souls! Will really miss CIALA hotel! The management are awesome, there meals are exotic very fresh,there conferences are like wow! Norah who took care of our conference facility from 12th _16th were very welcoming! My wife enjoyed the whole experience, the service was good, the room was up to standard. The cake was has gotten me into a pickle though. I now have to be getting the rest of the cakes from here, that's how much she enjoyed it. She also did say the classic 90 min massage was awesome. Thank you for giving her the experience she wanted.

I booked this wonderful hotel for my daughters weekend gateway and am happy from her testimonial. Breakfast with variety of food ,lunch portions available for kids too like fries with sausages then dinner menu full of variety. Being in kisumu I wanted her to try fish 🐟 ugali which is our staple food. Pool area very clean 👌 and safe for our kids I noticed floaters . Horse riding and a large variety of kids games . I would book the hotel again for my family. Erokamano.

I came with my family for lunch and Phlevian was amazing. Her kindness, proactiveness & positive attitude is unmatched! She’s a real star at Ciala resort. My grandfather really loved the fish and the ambience. I’ll definitely come back another time!

Despite traveling to Kisumu quite often, since it’s my upcountry home area, I had never discovered this gem that appears to be this area’s best kept secret. Once nestled in your room, you’ll easily forget that you are in Kisumu. I promise you. For those who’ve been to any Naivasha Resort/Lodge, it’s got that Naivasha-ish vibe. I got upgraded to the Superior Deluxe room which was quite spacious and has an outdoor bathroom, which I used. The water pressure was great! Special thanks to the staff who made my stay exciting. Shout outs to Rhoda and Diana at the Front Desk; Pauline and Julie at Guest Relations; Amina at the Breakfast Restaurant; George at the Tulip Bar; Anthony at the Pool Bar; Antonine of Tulip Bar and breakfast restaurant; head chef Nelson and chef Constance for their fish recommendation and Elvis of Digital Marketing, who we had incredible conversations with. My first time in this side of the country..,awesome place and fantastic environment and fresh food..Chef keep it up. Clean rooms and spacious. Many channels for the kids to choose from.
