Well-run, clean, helpful and friendly staff. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is a nice addition. A good restaurant serves a solid breakfast, and the choices for supper were great. We were out and about the town over lunch. We had one of the family suites and the rooms were a generous size, each with its own bathroom. Well situated -- close enough to the airport and to the downtown. Definitely recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for a night. It was spacious and clean...ohh loved the rain shower had hot water! They need to improve the reception area, make it more Morden like the rooms. For the amount we paid, it was worth every coin.

I have been to Le Savanna several times and one thing that stands out is that their rooms are really spacious. The rooms are clean, well ventilated with AC and big TV screens with satellite links. The rooms have nice desk space for working and even the bathrooms are clean, spacious with generous hot showerheads. The place is generally quiet and they serve good meals and the breakfast is continental.

Our room was old and "tired", but clean and very large. It opened into the dining room, which was a little noisy early morning. Breakfast was OK. Good fresh fruit, and a number of cooked options. Evening meals alright, too. The swimming pool was lovely, and had a nice seating area around it.

We stayed there for a night. While the breakfast was very good, the hotel had very many cockroaches in the dinning area. I spoke to the assistant manager about it. The roaches were in our room too. That speaks to the standard of cleanliness.

There were 31 of us on the 14 day trip. My room was in the new wing. Very nice with fully tiled bathroom. Shower produced lots of hot water. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room spacious. Wi-fi was sporadic at times but usually worked best later at night. Our air conditioning was very good. Food was a buffet and was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After a long day of doing mission work in local villages, this was a great place to come back to. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at levsavannah from July 1-13. Their half board rate included a buffet breakfast and menu ordered supper. The rooms were always clean. Showers were warm tonhot. Wi-fi was impressive. There are no American brand hotels in this area. LeSavannah is walled and gated. Security was always at the gate and walking the property. Menu items are cooked from scratch and takes about an hour to get your food. Typical Kenyan food plus Indian dishes were typical. Fried chicken, baked chicken, fried or baked fish. Cokes and snacks available for purchase at the tiki hut bar. Patrick helped us at the tiki bar. The whole staff is kind and helpful. Many employees have been there year after year. Clarise, Dorothy, Ruth were always helpful to us.

We were greeted with a friendly and helpful reception staff, who quickly got us checked into our rooms. I was travelling with a colleague and he always stays here when he is visiting the area. The rooms are named after fish and I was given tiger fish room. The room was small and I could hardly fit between the shower cubical and the sink. The room had a balcony, which partially over looked the breakfast area and could benefit from being boarded off. The pillows on the bed were in need of replacing. Dinner was great, very tasty and cooked quickly. In general I had a good stay and would visit again.

I traveled here with a group of 13 people from the U.S. We were all very happy with the hotel. First when we arrived we received a fresh juice and help with our luggage. Then the rooms themselves are very comfortable. There is AC, the rooms are spacious, the showers have very warm water and are rainfall style. We had a half board package and the food was very good and there was a variety. This was an oasis of a hotel. The security is also very good with a gate. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are in Kisumu.
