Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively large, bed comfortable. The bathroom is lovely, roomy with good water pressure and hot water to boot. Food at their restaurant is good, served hot and very palatable. Carpeting in the passages a little musty and due to the size of the place felt a little empty; BUT I certainly would come... More

We chose the Anita Hotel for its convenience to Yaa Asantewaa's House, one of the Ashanti fetish shrines and the local weavers. The long distance trotro also stopped right outside the door. There the good news ended. The Anita is part of an up-market corporate chain of hotels, not our first choice. It's smart enough, our room positively sparkled as... More

Wonderful staff, amazing rooms, beautiful pool and nice restaurant. Away from the city center and worth the stay. I will put this on the list of places to return to. While not inexpensive it is worth the price. For a large hotel they do it well for Ghana.

My colleagues and I stayed at the Hotel Anita for four days in May. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff members were friendly and accommodating. We ate a number of meals in the restaurant. The menu provided a wide range of choices and the food was well prepared. The internet, though, did not work during our stay. The... More

I spent 4nights on an International conference in May they have types of rooms.I stayed in a Double rooms. However, you could hardly tell the difference in the room type since they are all executive in style. Providing up to date hospitality facilities, conveniently located on the Accra Kumasi Highways. I misconstrue the property for a five star. The Management... More

I spent about 5 days in Anita Hotel, during a workshop held there in January 2013. The rooms were quite good. Only problem being the dim lighting. Food was reasonably ok, although at dinner time the restaurant is deserted. However, the restaurant will accept room service orders. Our meeting room suffered severe power cuts, and as a result there was... More

I spent two nights in March 2013 at Anita Hotel. I stayed in standard room, for GHS96.00 (US$50.00) per night. Overall, the rooms are ok and clean. They have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a small fridge, a writing table, and a 20-inch TV with access to local channels and selected satellite channels (mainly soccer and movie channels). However, the... More

the place is nice, although bland and impersonal. It is the only good hotel in the area. It is, like most Ghana hotels, a tasteless block of concrete, but it is clean and food is ok. Avoid the inside restaurant and sit by the poolside.
