Maybe it's because my room was at the far end of the building, but the wifi signal was weak to the point of being unusable. That said, everything else was fine. The location is perfect if you have business in Jacksonville or LRAFB. I also liked walking short distances to several restaurants as well as Walmart. The facility was clean...

It was a good stay. Comfortable and clean. You can tell it's old but that wasn't a problem. Breakfast was simple. No elevator though but only 2 flights of stairs. I didn't like the coffee maker in the bathroom, it had hair all over it. I would stay here again for a one nighter.

We got stuck in a room with No air, we hot in there and it was like 90 degrees, we asked for a fan and to put a 100.00 deposit. Kids running down the halls. Adults gathered in the hall drinking beer, being loud and obnoxious. I had a service dog and the woman at first desk gave me the...

My family and I stayed one night on our way traveling to Texas. It was a little challenging to find the hotel at first because the James Street exit was closed for construction. It sits right next to Route 67, so I was concerned it would be noisy during the night, but it was not a problem. We all slept...

We had the room with the jacuzzi in it, it was a huge room! King bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, no problems. I was very pleased. One note, the hot water on the jacuzzi tub has very little pressure, so it takes a bit to fill it up. We stayed 2 nights and I...

I would have rated this property VERY high except for the cleanliness. The room looks super clean (and for the most part it was), BUT someone had spilled what "looked" like hair gel and it was all over the nightstand/telephone. I would not have even noticed it, but I always spray Lysol on areas like that just in case I...

We've stayed at this hotel several times before flights out of Little Rock, and we've never had a bad experience. The hotel employees are always very friendly and eager to be of assistance. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The free breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Even though it might be considered a "budget hotel",...

I was surprised to see a Quality Inn on the outskirts of a city so highly reviewed. The staff is super hospitable, especially Tony and Mark at the front desk. A special shout out to the breakfast lady, who I now count as a dear friend. Those cheese omelettes are worth the price of admission alone.

On our way up from Texas we stopped in this nice hotel for the night. The room was a little musty at first but wasn't that bad. The room was very clean and nicely arranged. The staff was very friendly and fast with check in and out. In the morning we enjoyed hot make your own waffles and coffee. There...

“We were in room 204, close to steps to lobby. Also close to vending/laundry room. This end was close to the highway, so you could pick up some loud trucks as they went by, but still not bad. Large clean Jacuzzi in room with King bed. Note, this hotel does NOT have elevators.”
