Linda will welcome you with open arms! This establishment has everything you need and more. Great attention to detail was applied to the finishes in the units - this will includes your complimentary body wash, kitchen utensils etc. Linda ensured that we celebrated our Christmas dinner in style by providing candles and table cloths and even helped me move her...

After two days of camping this was like an oasis. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms lovely, enough hot water for everyone to take a nice long hot shower. The hostess is excellent and friendly. I would definitely recommend Haus Sandrose if you are traveling to Luderitz.

We were staying in Ais Ais for almost 2 weeks and decided to take a "short" (7 hours) trip to the coast and overnight. It was a trip my husband had done with his best friend when they were 19, and he wanted to share his tour memories with the kids. It did not disappoint although as we were simply...

Very centrally located, which was great for my business trip. Very friendly hosts. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy with a view into the courtyard garden. For self-catering accommodation, the room had everything a person could need. I spent a week at Haus Sandrose and this was my best stay in Luderitz yet.

Haus Sandrose is a delightful and comfortable guest house which is ideally and centrally situated in the heart of Luderitz. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed a relaxing stay after a long day's driving.

Haus sandrose: excellent service ,beautiful furnished and spacious, clean and neat! Definitely worth the stay!Linda and Eric (the hosts) are very friendly and make you feel very welcome ! Unfortunately you have to park in the road but there's a 24 hour security guard and CCTV cameras. Well situated nears most of the shops and waterfront.

Ariving in Luderitz after a 2 week trip through Namibia in September 2015, we were slightly alarmed by the lack of off street parking and the building being right on the road. Once we walked through the door, we received a warm welcome by the lovely and friendly host. Our family unit blew us away! From the beautiful courtyard, well...

Coming from SA one can easily be mislead by the word "Guesthouse". For me it states that you will be staying in a room within a house and, possibly, share a communal bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Haus Sandrose! We had an entire self catering flatlet to ourselves. Very well equipped, centrally located and brilliantly decorated....

The guesthouse is pretty central located, just about 5-10 minutes form the old historic train station. The rooms are spacious and clean with a small kitchenette and separate shower & bath.
