Dear Valued Guest Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologies regarding your experiences at our facility. Our electronic equipment was affected by the heavy rainfalls with thunder storms and this affected the televisions but the technician in currently on site to verify that. The smell from the room has so far been attended to as our housekeeping ensures thorough...

I stayed here as part of a tour. We had an evening meal, overnight stay and breakfast. The semi-detached bungalows are spacious, with bathrooms resonant of The Fintstones cartoon programme and outdoor showers. Very few of our rooms had fridges and we all felt the need of a major refurbishment and upgrade. To make matters worse, the room numbers are...

Dear valued Guest We thank you for your review and sincerely apologise for the experience you encountered at our facility. Our rooms are in three blocks connected by walkaways which have signages of where to find which room and following these easily lead to rooms, however we are currently replacing the signage with bigger and balder ones for our guests...

We spent one night and the rooms were good each with en-suite bathrooms. Had dinner there which was very disappointing. Food took long, arrived cold and below average. Staff very friendly well situated. Rooms had air conditioners which was a plus although were not very effective. Due to the water crisis the swimming pool was out of bounds and green....

Thank you for the feedback. We sincerely apologise for the service at our restaurant and assure you that we have taken correct measures to ensure guest satisfaction. I paid 825 Bwp for a single room... Once in the room there was no electricity... After a while I got a new room where the aircon was not working as well... The rooms are clean but dated... Too expensive if you compare with the rooms @ Nata Lodge... This is more like a backpacker style of accommodation, not a...

Stayed in the new huts at the rear of the complex which were very spacious but not very well set out inside. Even though we were located at the rear, the road noise was rather loud and the cow bells from the adjoining property added to the cacophony. The outside shower was interesting, hot & cold taps mixed up but...

Dear Valued Guest Thank you very much for your feedback. We apologise for the night noise, which is really beyond our control because the lodge is located along the A1 road which is a SADC transit truck route and also with the village nearby, the livestock grazes everywhere uncontrollably. We however sincerely apologise for that and assure your of our...

Camping visitors are definitely the bottom of the food chain! Reception was on a par with most RSA government departments - unhelpful & made to feel that you are wasting their time!
