We were a big group staying at Posada Galapagos for three days. At all time the service, food and plans were top in class. Nothing to complain, fully recommended. They are on top of everything you need to do. Since you get there only need to know your room number and relax.

The only place in the island where we could have a varied menu...that is, other proteins that were not just fish and fish and fish; after 10 days in the location, fish only can get old. They do serve other proteins such as meat and poultry. However, whatever they serve was very flavorful and plentiful ... actually and excess of...

Los Roques is a wonderful place to go for holidays, the beaches and landscape is just breathtaking. La Posada was a good place to stay, they are very friendly and service oriented. The limitations of water at the island makes staying a bit uncomfortable, but is not their fault.

Nice property with an excellent service and delicious food, but with multiple spoilers. The first is that, during the three days we stayed we had no water to shower. To brush our teeth we had to use bottled water. The second spoiler is the noise. It happens that this hotel is also a discotheque. And very loud. The third one...

I spent an agonizingly long time on TripAdvisor before committing to a specific posada for our trip to Los Roques because I wanted to be sure we were getting the best deal possible and would be safe and comfortable while so far from home, especially in a country that is not recommended for travel by Americans. I needn't have worried,...

Beware! This place is a rip off. They only take cash, nothing works in the room, & there are bed bugs.

Similar poor experience for us. We arrived at the Posada with 24h delay, due to Mr. Jacopo's incompetence at organising a simple transfer from the mainland (we ended-up spending the night in a shabby hotel near the airport - nice start!). From the moment we set foot in Venezuela, we were unable to contact Mr. Jacopo to get (1) assistance...

BEWARE everyone! I was sold a holiday that didn't exist! (sadly, I was not the only one). Especially when booking from Italy, you will find this Posada's bookings are handled by a company called JMB and a guy called Jacopo Biasion, the son of the (former?) owner of the Posada. For unclear reasons, which are to be clarified in court,...

“Wifi in the main room but not in the particular rooms...however, who goes to Los Roques for Internet availability.”

“We were shown two rooms and given a choice of a quiet, windowless room for rest, or a larger room with windows facing the front (so some noise from planes, people walking by, dogs barking etc.) Both were nice but we were so glad we chose the larger, windowed room, as the noise was really not bad and we had more room to spread our stuff out.”
