I have been to several island vacations in the South Seas. Lalati was wonderful. Here is my review: Pros: 1. Absolutely the friendliest people you will ever meet in your life. You are only there for 10 minutes and EVERYONE knows your name. How do they do that?? Everyone says "bola" (pronounced boolah) to you whenever you walk by. They...

What a stunning location! Set on beautiful Beqa the lagoon where the resort is located remained dead calm the entire week we were there allowing easy access via paddle boards and kayak to all reefs around the resort but the best bit is you could walk 20m out on the beach, located on your front door step, and you were...

This resort was more than we had hoped for! Yes it is a perfectly sized resort on a tropical island with great accommodations, good food and plenty to do, but that is only the beginning. The people are what makes Lalati special. The resort managers and dive shop managers are approachable and are willing to do what needs to be...

We have just finished our stay at Lalati Resort and Spa and felt it was necessary to write this review. Naturally, we were extremely excited to embark on our first holiday to Fiji and arrive at the "luxury" resort we had booked through Luxury Escapes. (I should make mention that myself, family and friends have booked holidays through this website...

This was a magical place and a magical trip that I will never forget. The staff was super friendly and the food was very good. The highlight of the trip was the amazing scuba diving in the Beqa Lagoon. I was NOT going to do the shark dive and I ended up doing it twice and it was a beautiful...

The staff are the highlight of your holiday. All were amazing, always smiling & ready for a giggle. The food was great & very tasty. No seafood on the menu but fish a plenty of several varieties. Not much to do at the resort unless you travel off site to the local villages. If you love to dive it is...

This place is currently a Dickens novel...the best of times and the worst of times. I'm expecting the offsite marketing person will write a beautifully worded response, but here is the view on the ground. We were a group of 4 couples, all experienced divers. The short version is we thought it was worth it in the end. Now the...

Found this place on a Travelzoo special through fijivacations.com where we dealt with Cheryl Jacobson. Everything was very thoroughly planned and executed. Couldn't have asked for better arrangements. Now to the resort....Heaven on Earth!!!! From the moment we stepped off the boat at Beqa Island to the moment we (sadly) reboarded a week later for our return, we were treated...

I worry about giving rave reviews, because I don't want to have the place booked out for when I want to come back, but I can not tell a lie: this place is primo. A small boutique resort with gorgeous, well-tended grounds and luxury cabins and amazing, healthy food is just the beginning. The staff were beyond accommodating, even to...

From the moment that you arrive at Lalati Resort you are swept up in the warmth and beauty of this magical place. The views and resort surroundings are surreal. The staff are welcoming, warm, attentive and yet professional. They make you feel special. The food is consistently amazing with a great variety for all tastes; all enjoyed while soaking up...
