Detailed Reviews
I stayed at this hotel on July, the room was so clean. Air conditioner was very good and silent. Every thing in the room was new and high quality even the materials in the bathroom were so good. And the very important thing in this hotel that should i say is , the staff were so polite and respectful, i am so sensitive about this matter, and nothing bothered my nerves in this hotel, oh the breakfast was fresh and tasty and varied enough.

According to my 5 years experience of working with this hotel. all of the tourists I talked to them, liked it so much in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, location, decoration, and facilities. Recommend you to test Persian bathhouse in its underground flat.
Briefly, you pay mid-range, but you get luxury service.

Zindayeh is a smallish (only three guest floors) and new hotel in Shiraz but it has a beautiful lobby and ground floor. A large foyer with tasteful black and cream marble leads to the front desk. The staff are very friendly, from front door to front desk to restaurant. To the left of the lobby is a lower level lounge area and above it is a bar.
The elevator and corridors are smart-looking. The guest room is quite large. The woodwork, executed in the full-wall head and panel board, writing desk, night tables, coffee table, chairs, and minibar cabinet, are intricate and impressive. The window is acceptable, full wall although not floor to ceiling but starts 3.5 feet from the floor. Curtains have both sheer and blackout which is always appreciated. The largish TV set has access to a handful of English channels, including CNN. There was one art piece on the wall – better than most hotels which have no art at all. The T&B is also largish, with enough space for a tub-shower, though the tile material looks a bit cheap. Carpeting is a plain dull red, without any pattern. As with every hotel in Iran, the internet is heavily restricted without access to Facebook, YouTube, Netflix etc.
Our major complaint was the availability and location of electrical outlets for our Macs, power banks, cameras, and phones. There was one outlet at the work desk, which we used for our Macs. But there were no outlets at the night tables. Instead, there were two outlets in the middle of the headboard! So we had no choice but to plug everything in the middle of our bed! Whoever did that design should be fired – ha ha ha.
Breakfast had an impressive wide range, and coffee was served by the young waitresses. There was also and egg station, and the eggs were served on plates with chef-like touches.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, it has traditional aspects to it.
The rooms were clean, spacious (we did book a room on the larger side), with everything provided for you such as: tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower slippers, tooth brush kit, drinks and more. (Also a prayer mat with a Quran which has Arabic, English and Farsi translations)
The breakfast was tasty and the staff was helpful and nice.
Location is safe and close to some tourist locations.
Would recommend.

The hotel is clean with good location, but is heavy noisy from hallway and traffic outside, smell of smoke coming from other rooms into your room,
The staff clean outside the door in any time of the day and making a lot of sounds with trolley and dust cleaners. Bathtub is high on the floor so you must climb up in to it. Overall not a five star but rather 3

Dear Guest, Needless to say we are disappointed when a guest is less than 100% satisfied with our facilities and service. And so be assured that we will check and double-check the issues that you raise. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing these issues must have been during your stay and the fact that you felt so strongly about your experience shows that there are areas that need to be improved. This is of course of great concern to us and we would like to assure you of our whole team’s efforts and commitment to continuously improve our service quality in all areas. Sincerely Yours, Hesam Behzadnia General Manager

Wonderful Hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast, only negative thing about the hotel is that we had to catch an early morning flight out of Shiraz, so we had to spend a few hours in the hotel lounge, and they refused to give us access to wifi

Zandiyeh Hotel is located quite close to the central part of Shiraz, with Karim Khan Citadel being the closest landmark. The Hotel is a quite comfortable and the amenities are fine. The staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful towards the guests.
Having said all this, there are elements which do not match the five-star status of the hotel. The breakfast is very average and to the scale of a three-star place. The menu of the restaurant is also very limited and can be further amended. The rooms need to have more light as the windows are very small in the roo..

Zandiyeh Hotel has made my trip to Iran beyond pleasant, I'd even say it is one of the best hotels I've visited. The hotel is impeccable in all aspects, the reception were very welcoming. Staff were well trained and friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was great, every meal was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I'd like to thank Mr. Ebrahim Parszade, as he has ensured that our experience with the hotel was one of a kind. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and most importantly very hygienic. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who's visiting the country to make their stay a remarkable experience.

Actually this was my first time staying in this hotel, & in fact i was impressed by all the services including the sea food & traditional bath. The breakfast was good but it still has some rooms to improve. The steam sauna was out of service which really made me disappointed. There was no 24-room-service also the time for sport club was limited, however it could be segregated for men & women with no time-limitations. Not to mention café which was also time limited in addition the menu wasn't much impressive. The receptions were quite friendly, overall it was fine experience for me & I truly enjoyed my time. I meant no offense & expressed my complaints for improvement.
Best of luck.
