After three years from my last stay in Shiraz Hotel since 2019, I checked in again and found the reception staff quite hospitable and friendly as before. Even though I arrived 3 hours sooner than the official check-in time, they handed me my room in a clean and fully prepared manner. The room was equipped with two king-sized beds and all accessories for two persons while I had paid for a single bedroom. I enjoyed my breakfast on the next morning at the 4th floor restaurant but I can say the diversity of the cuisines and the quality of the breads and pastries has been decreased comparing my experience at three years before.

The shiraz hotel is great, we went with my parents and I. We are Iranian but do not live in Iran. The hotel has everything you may need in the perfect location, and everyone working there has a very professional and kind attitude. The front desk and tour desk were very helpful and accommodating.
I highly highly highly and i can not stress this enough, highly recommend anyone who stays there inquire about also having Mr. Javad Mazloomi and Mr. Hadi Ostovar accompany you on all your adventures. I mean the trip would not have been the same without them, we even have family and friends in Shiraz but my parents and I enjoyed learning about the city with them and their knowledge. They are extremely warm, friendly, kind and professional. Mr. Mazloomi was always there to take us anywhere we wanted and able to help us with literally anything we needed, and Mr. Ostovar has the entire history and culture of shiraz in his heart and not only makes visiting each site incredibly more interesting and informative with his knowledge of history but also has an extensive memory bank of beautiful poetry to share during the tours of various locations, from Persepolis, to Eram garden, pink mosque and much much more. I do not think a trip to Shiraz is complete without their help, and my family and I cant wait to go back and stay at the hotel and see our new friends again.

Having travelled now to both Isfahan and Shiraz, the standout experience I take from my visit to Iran was the people, and especially the staff at Grand Shiraz Hotel. As a native and also a man who has broken his leg and spending time after a surgery, We were so nervous at the beginning for our stay in any hotel in a city of iran at all , but a great hospitality of the shiraz hotel staff in every part exceed our expectations! Every one in every part were so helpful , friendly and polite. They prepared a wheelchair for me during my stay. The first one needs some maintenance but the second one was good which they gave me as soon as it got free. The hotel room was so clean with cozy beds and pillows and mattress. But the view of the room was spectacular overlooking city skyline and As a shiraz resident, I have never seen such a view of shiraz. The hotel has 2 separate spacious lobbies in the ground and 6th floor and you can reach to your rooms throughout another elevator in 6th floor. . It has 2 restaurants in 4th floor, One for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. They served persian cuisine. The next one only serves dinner and their menu is Italian cuisine , which we ordered beef stroganoff and mushroom soup and it was tasty and delicious. Breakfast buffet which was included in our reservation was also ok. They should work on the taste of their coffee and chocolate syrup. But the variety of cooked and baked items were very good with compare of Iran hotels. On 6th floor the hotel provided a good cafe with good quality of coffee as well as fresh cakes with friendly staff . Unfortunately, I couldn’t use their pools and saunas this time but I tried it before and I recommend it to residents , with good views of shiraz city. One great spot you must visit for sure during your stay is the cafe located in 14th floor. Unfortunately the main elevator only goes to 13th floor but once they realized I want to see the cafe and I couldn’t use stairs, one of the helpful staff help me to use personnel elevator to reach the cafe. the cafe view was absolutely wonderful overlooked historical part of shiraz . We spent a sunset there and the cafe served hookah (shisha) there with different flavor were you can relax and enjoy your evening. Over all my experience as I know the management of a hotel in city like shiraz is very very difficult as well as maintenance because of so many compelling reason, was great and pleasant and if I want to stay in hotel again in shiraz sooner or later, I will definitely reserve my room in Shiraz grand hotel again.

We arrived on on the 3rd of August with my husband for a week. We had booked the hotel and prepaid the whole amount in advance because we took the false good reviews on many platforms. We were shocked be the appalling state of the room!! Very old furniture cracked wood and a very hot air-conditioning that only go on 25°C😰 we informed the reception for 3 days until finally they sent a maintenance guy to "fix it" he didn't!! For 7 days we slept in a very hot room and the receptionist said that the hotel rooms were fully booked which wasn't. This hotel is maximum 3 stars if we are being generous. I strongly advise no one to throw their money away on this hotel, one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Never back in here again.

I visited the Shiraz Hotel this past week with my wife and this hotel is amazing. I had just visited the best hotels throughout Iran. In Tehran we stayed at Espinas Palace, in Esfahan we stayed at Abbasi Hotel, and Shiraz was the last stop on our vacation and we stayed the Shiraz Hotel. I can say with first hand knowledge that the Shiraz Hotel was the best of them all. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Top notch customer service, my room was great, the food was delicious also and the prices were unbelievable. They even have their own private taxi drivers that know everything and everyone in Shiraz. My driver's name was Mr. Hossein Mir Mottalebi. Ask for him when you go here, you will be glad you did. We met Mr. Hossein Mir Mottalebi our first full day in town and we were thankful that we did because he was helpful for the remainder of our days there. He drove us to Perspolis and was there to pick us up after we were done as well. Felt safe to be in his car. Very careful driver and he had a clean vehicle that he put effort into keeping nice and neat. The next day he took us to a few great spots we would have never known to go to if not for him. He also took us to this great local place to eat that only the locals knew of. He even woke up early and drove us to the airport at 3am in the morning when it wasn't even his work shift. I feel like he is now a friend I will seek out every time I go to Shiraz and this hotel is most likely the only place I will stay when I go there as well. Highly recommend.

This is undoubtedly one of Iran's best western-style hotels with all the amenities, and services of a 5-star hotel. In Iran, I prefer to stay at traditional boutique hotels but this time toward the end of our trip, I opted for creature comfort and services readily available. Hotel has two travel agencies, shops, full gym, and swimming pools. Travel agency can arrange for daily VIP drivers with newer cars, and English speaking guides. There are several restaurants with breath-taking sweeping views of one of Iran's most beautiful cities. If you want utter comfort, I recommend staying at Shiraz Hotel.

is a nice hotel with nice people, great location, but they need to work more with customer service and relationship. should not stop breakfast at 10:30 if it is till 11 in morning even if they have two people there, i order cake at the bar and it was very old. they should know people will notice these stuff. this hotel would be a great place for people from other countries not just arabs. so work to accomplish thru that direction. it is just a recommendation from a customer.

Located near darvazeh quran(one of the most well known historical monuments of shiraz) with spectacular view of city , the hotel is clean with beautiful interior design.The staff is very helpful and hospitable.The services are perfect and the hotel provides you with every facilities you can think of.
