A top quality hotel with many shops inside including a tailor who fitted me out for a new pair of trousers. Good quality souvenir shop. Rooms were spacious and excellent. Location meant driving everywhere but there was a lovely park nearby with a kids carnival section.

This was my first hotel in Iran and did not know quite what to expect, but the hotel was excellent. Eating out on the terrace in the evening was just wonderful, the music was an added bonus. The staff could not do enough for you, the service was impeccable. The rooms may be a bit on the old-fashioned side, but...

Room was very noisy: window could not be closed completely. View on a busy street. Dining-room was large, spacious, with a sight on the garden. Bathroom was outdated. In-room wi-fi. Room was spacious, equiped with refrigerator, safe, cupboard, enough power-points (for your chargers, PC....). Rooms might be renovated: maintenance has never been very thoroughly. Lounge is magnificent.

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your candid review of your stay with us. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as we strive to improve with each stay. As you mentioned, the south-side rooms in which you can enjoy the beautiful perspective of the city are a bit noisy, in contrast, the north-side rooms facing the garden and...

The bedrooms need to be updated. Generally okay room but some parts were broken or very old. Bathroom was smelly. Its pity because we could see once this hotel was a charming place. Reception area was nice too. Breakfast had variety of foods but the style of buffet was also out of date...

Dear Tarokhirantravel1, Thanks for your comments and sorry to hear hat you are not pleased with your stay. The lobby of this hotel is welcoming, as is the staff. This former Intercontinental hotel furniture felt very Western. However, my room had major issues with mold and mildew. I couldn't tell if it came from the carpet or the A/C. I couldn't turn down the A/C, - because even set at "low," it blasted the room. When the housekeepers...

My twin room for single occupancy was very big, clean and comfortable with table, two comfortable easy chairs and desk. Tea and coffee facilities supplied, unusual in other Iranian hotels in my experience, and complementary bottled water. View across town to mountains from higher rooms, very large and comfortable reception lounge areas for meeting. Lovely garden to stroll in. The...

I always travel in any place and countries and stay in hotels but this hotel is a very unique hotel, so big and wide like you are in your own villa with farm, trees, and all leafy green gardens, so nice, romantic and classic. i love this pace shiraz near in all tourist spots and cultural sites.

Lobby was big. Room was standard size with kettle and sachets of coffee and tea. Service was prompt - we asked for an additional blanket and the housekeeper didn't understand what we were after so she came with a manager who broke down the language barrier and got us our blanket. Breakfast was good with made-to-order omelettes, also be sure...

We were on a supposed "luxury" tour and had looked forward to our hotel in Shiraz. The rooms they put us in (only two of us so no big group) had awful mold in the bathtub grout, a stained bedspread, dirty bathroom floor, no reception on the TV (and no international channels despite their claims). Few of the staff except...
