The best hotel we had in whole trip to Iran. The ambience the calmness the quiety and the architecture of the hotel make you feel so happy. The courtyard with the pool in the middle and the traditional sittings around are so beautiful. The stuff was very helpful snd kind and offers free tea and coffee. The breakfast icluded and it was so good. The room was so clean and big enough hot water all the day. Near to grand bazaar and the most touristics sites like Narajestan museum Nasr Al Molk etc.. Totally recommended

Been to 5 different cities in Iran, with severall hotels, guesthouse and tradittional houses stays and altough the rooms are not so big by far this one was the better one. Great decoration, very good staff and good breakfast. The only down point might be the location, but still not a excuse to miss this place. Tottaly recommend it!

We booked our vacation online some time ago. But when we arrived in Shiraz, no one opened the door for us. We arrived there at night and although we had booked 2 months ago and paid in full, which was more expensive than the 4-star hotel, but no one was there and when we called we were told that the hotel was closed and we stayed on the street. After the follow-up, I found out that it has been closed for 7 months and they said it was because of Corona. They have not returned our money yet. And this is a scam.

My fiancee and I had one of our best trips there. The staff are unbelievably kind and hospitable as if they’ve been your friends for years! If you enjoy making friends for life with sweet locals who will help you discover the little fantastic hidden places in the city, this place is where you should go.
The accommodation was perfect and the design and atmosphere was astonishing, we couldn’t have enough of its beauty in the mornings.
It is no secret that Shiraz is one of the best tourist destinations in Iran, and this lovely place is definitely one of the places that anybody who travels to Shiraz must see!

The best traditional hotel on our trip, close to our terminal. Staff were very friendly, even main manager come to welcome us in this authentic accommodation. Served tea at anytime ,traditional music, best breakfast. We feel like in heaven. (I have to mention that we didn’t find any bad traditional house in Iran). Just part of shower head was little broken, but it’s nothing compared to best atmosphere…

It was such pleasure to find myself at this beautiful place. It has all that you may want. Historic architecture and authentic atmosphere, wonderfully designed courtyard and rooms. All perfectly clean. Walkable distance from the Bazar and the center. I felt at home with the kind help of lovely people running the place. Highly recommended. And also wish peace and prosperity to the owners!

Hands down, this was by far the best place I stayed during my Iran trip.
A beautiful guesthouse with a calm courtyard and a cozy rooftop where I had the best breakfast with freshly made bread. The rooms are just perfect, the location great to explore all the sights but what was the best: the staff!!! These people are so warm and friendly, always asking if you‘d like a tea and I had a lot of great conversations.
Thank you guys!!!

So me and my boyfriend Mickey stayed here for three nights in november, and it was amazing. The place really is what they tell you it is, a hostel with the comfort of a hotel (amazing Iranian interior design). Kourosh and his staff (or team as he puts it) are the most hospitable people and very welcoming. It feels like they really put their heart into their work. The breakfast is amazing (we are eating "tootee-eggs" at our dinner table in Amsterdam as we speak). Please be sure to stay here when you are in Shiraz. Moreover, Kourosh is opening his own hostel anytime soon, and we're sure it is going to be just as good of an experience as Homayouni. Lots of love for these people and keep up the good work!
