Exhausted more like but don't be put off by appearances. It's a large building to maintain in a small town. We stopped here on a rather damp and chilly Easter Day lunchtime looking for a snack. Inside a log fire going in one bar - remarkably old fashioned and certainly not boutique or chain. In the other bar a wood...

We ate really well I had an excellent steak. Really top end pub food. Was quite a find for us having been recommended by locals. Great service and a warm welcome. Long way from home but will visit again.

The owners of this place are wonderful and friendly. The thing that let's it down is the peeling wallpaper and the damp. The rooms are spotless but the wallpaper was hanging of the walls in both the bathroom and the four-poster bedroom. It was very expensive for the condition of the room, if redecorated it would be a nice place...

We had such a welcome in this pub it brews it's own beer and has a great choice of food. The landlord is very nice and friendly and the family are great too. We enjoyed our visit twice. The dogs made it fun. Charles, Winston and Purdy.

On arrival I was rather put off by the peeling exterior of the hotel and I wasn't hugely impressed by my room, although it was clean and had everything one needed. However, as time went on I started to wish I could sprinkle some fairy dust to help put right these deficiencies as it turned out to be a brilliant...

Stayed in the Neuadd Arms for 2 nights. The owners and staff were super attentive, they looked after us wonderfully. They are honest about the hotel. The value for money was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The guided walks were excellent and the food and cakes amazing.

This does not appear to be the tidiest or cleanest of places but the service and food are very good (they have a high food hygiene rating). Prices are reasonable. Have not stayed here so unable to comment on accommodation of evening meals.

Two day stop over. This is a very old property so has some challenges in keeping it up to date but the rooms themselves are comfortable and clean. For the price I don't think you can ask more than that. Bar is good with a great selection of beers on tap, and pub menu with huge portions - all reasonably...
