Stayed here for 2 nights with family, such a comfortable hotel, restaurant very good, lovely friendly staff and great views from the room, we'll definitely be back soon. The hotel is directly opposite the bay, the sun sets opposite the hotel, we sat in our room at the window , Room 21 to watch the sun set, lovely place, would...

Went here recently for lunch with family and friends. Arrived very early and waited with a few drinks. The staff were great and gave us our menus and didn't hover around us. When I was buying the drinks I noticed a number of notes around the tolls that the management had left for their staff. These notes were very condescending...

Dropped in after we couldn't get into the Cliff hotel for a table for 7 on a Sunday evening. Staff were very welcoming and both service and food were very good. There was a good variety of main dishes and the lamb was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you

Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Especially Anthony who was most helpful in helping us change rooms. The view is stunning and there are great places for wildlife, particularly bird watching. Don't miss Poppit Sands across the bay. Lovely beach and good facilities. Cardigan not far away which is convenient for shops, museums et.

Just staid here - August 2015. Breathtaking view with lovely bar deck. Lucky and had gorgeous weather. Fantastic staff in hotel, restaurant and bar. Lots of fun and laughter. Very nice room. Lovely wine. Unfortunately, the food was appalling on two nights and three of us ordered different things. Quite expensive too. Wouldn't have eaten there second night, but the...

Spent 3 wonderful days in this hotel over a long weekend and had a fabulous time. The views - simply stunning. Paid a little extra for a sea view in Room 11, worth every penny to sit in the bay window watching the dolphins at sea. The outside bar also has brilliant views, and we couldn't fault the place. Food...

Myself and my girlfriend decided to go there following excellent reviews and to be fair we arrived to a nice hotel. The staff bizarrely didn't know where our room was. Anyway the room was pretty good, once found, very clean and tidy. The views across the Teifi estuary were fabulous and we enjoyed the drinks on the terrace. The first...

The best thing about dining at The Gwbert Hotel, is the view over the Teifi Estuary from the bar restaurant and open air terrace. The car park isn't very big, and customers seemed to prefer on road parking or car sharing. The worst was the coffee which was far from being hot, followed by the lack of mixed seating in...
