If you like civilised 'Wild Campsites' you will love Flodabay. We are new to camping and decided our first motorhome trip should be to the Western Isles and Flodabay was to be a two night highlight with evening meals available! Firstly, we agree with all the complementary motorhome reviews on Flodabay, so take them as read. Secondly, do not have...

I think all the superlatives have been used to describe this location. It really is quite unique. We stayed with our motorhome for three nights and cannot recommend the location and the facilities highly enough. Wild camping with the advantages of mains electricity and water. The owners went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable, and the...

We returned to Flodabay Farm after promising ourselves that we would go back to see more of this beautiful island. Having stayed at this B&B last September we decided to do the same again this year as we knew the room provides a blissful night sleep and the hosts are so welcoming. The flights from London were also very reasonable...

Just spent three nights here as part of a Motorhome tour of the Western Isles. The site is situated in the most wonderful wild environment off the Golden Road in South East Harris and has extensive views down to the loch and out to sea from the pitches - great for nature watching. The owners Tony and Sharon really went...

My partner and I decided our next trip should be a scenic, relaxed, UK based holiday where we could switch off and unwind. Flodabay Farm did not disappoint. Both Tony and Sharon are amazing hosts and the B&B is comfortable and beautifully presented. The views from the property are stunning and whether you want to get out and see the...

Tony is ever so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for him during our stay. The place is blessed with panoramic view enhanced by watching the sea otters in the sea on a morning. The seafood platter we had whilst staying here was absolutely wonderful and the hot cold smoked salmon was some of the best salmon we've ever...

Stopped at Tony's Camping location for two nights as part or our round trip, motorhoming holiday in Scotland and particularly, the Outer Hebrides, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. This is a very unique campsite set up, you could call it wild camping with a difference! We absolutely loved it! Tony met us at the gate, which is essential to access...

What a find! Had the most wonderful three nights at Flodabay. Our site was high up overlooking the most beautiful bays to the front with seals basking in the sunshine. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The golf driving range was great fun too. Not only did we experience nature at its best but also hospitality too, courtesy of the...

What a great peaceful retreat. We took our little caravan with a 4x4 and Tony's excellent guidance helped us to get into our own private spot. We only endured the midges once and after that happily looked for a nice breeze to whisk them away. It was a perfect base to explore and we were pleased Tony gave us local...
