Can't fault Seaforth, myself and my son arrived after a hard days cycling and were given a warm welcome. We had a home cooked evening meal, including home made bread, which was delicious. The breakfast was superb, with a medley of fresh chopped fruits (with home made muesli available but we couldn't manage it) followed by a fantastic Crofters breakfast,...

We stayed for 1 night in August 2016 on our cycle to Stornoway. This was the perfect place to stay after tacking the hills following Tarbert. We were made to feel very welcome by Miranda and Angus. The room was very clean and there was both bath and shower available. Great stay with a lovely couple.

My wife and I stayed for three nights with Miranda and Angus and had a thoroughly great time. Good experience staying on a working croft, although to be honest the only involvement we had with the croft were eating the fresh eggs for our breakfast, which were delicious. Our evenings spent sharing a dram and a blether with Miranda and...

I had yet another superb stay with both Miranda & Angus at the 'Seaforth' Ardvourlie B&B. They are one of the nicest couples I have ever met and make you feel so at home in their house. Their one bedroom (one double, one single bed) is very, very comfortable with excellent private bathroom facilities just off the room. Breakfast each...

We spent two nights at this bed and breakfast on the border between the Isle of Harris and the Isle of Lewis. This was a fabulous experience. Our hosts were sheep farmers, and their farm overlooking a beautiful inlet was a memory of a lifetime. The room was great, facilities spotless, breakfast made to order, and information given that could...

We spent 4 nights with Angus and Miranda and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property overlooks the loch and the views are spectacular. You could not wish for better hosts and the breakfasts were a delight There is a conservatory in which you can relax after a day touring the island and the bedroom is cosy. You are guaranteed a good...

Of the fifteen establishments that I spent a night at during my Hebridean walking holiday, the Seaforth B&B was the most intimate and cosy. There’s just the one bedroom, with ensuite, and I was free to stroll through the family kitchen into the snug-cum-study-cum-dining area where I ate all my meals prepared by Miranda and where I poured over OS...

We just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit! Miranda and Angus made the stay truly special. Even if there weren't so many beautiful places to see on the island we would have been happy just having had such a nice stay with them. It was fascinating to hear about the history of the croft and the...

We entered a cycle event starting from near here & this the only accommodation for about 10miles either side so just what we needed as had cycled here. I had found on trip advisor & read great reviews & wholeheartedly agree with them. What a super lovely couple Miranda & Angus are, so helpful, friendly & accommodating to our needs....
