Had a lovely meal here whilst on a tour of Northern Scotland. The food was good but the staff where a little run off their feet so it was quite hard to order and pay. However the ambience and food quality made up for it.

Some of the rooms are a flat roofed shed, attached uphill to the hotel, paper thin walls, you can hear the people next door breathing not just snoring. staff disinterested. 100 pounds per night and breakfast not included. no sea view. what a disappointment for a long but lovely drive. No Wifi coverage in upper rooms. last guests socks and...

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the space of a few months and I doubt we'll be staying again. I don't feel it's value for money as the rooms whilst adequate are dire need of an upgrade and maintenence. Things like the bath panel being water damaged, mould around the bath, patches where wall paper has been...

Perfect location to explore Ullapool. Walking distance to everything. Good pub downstairs, and rooms upstairs are clean and comfortable. Just what you would expect from pub accommodation. Really felt comfortable, clean and secure.

Currently sitting in our dirty room, having reported it to the manager, who looked shocked, but only shrugged. Despite being advised the bathroom is filthy, complete with previous guests pubic hairs. Food overpriced Spoons quality- won't eat here again. Arrived on 30th intending to stay until the 1st January only to be told this evening that the public areas will...

Visited off season while driving the North Coast 500. This was our favourite place on the trip. We booked the cheapest budget double and it was cosy and comfy with a telly and heater. It was only around £60 (exc breakfast). The bar had a roaring fire and we just had a few drinks with a book while the weather...

View from room and public areas was fantastic. Our room was quite comfortable but very dated. The shower was terrible, had to ask how to turn it on (you pull a cord on the ceiling!) then ran either boiling hot or cold. Bathroom was also small and very cold. Only one small towel rack. Toiletries were very nice though WiFi...

The Ferryboat was good when we ate there same time last year. Not this year. It's a busy restaurant and bar with a good selection of local seafood and classic dishes. I decided to forego two courses and order the shellfish platter (£30) as it had three of my favourites included. Dressed crab, oysters and potted prawn. Sadly when the...

Lovely warm room. Good view of the loch. Black mould needs to be removed from windows and bath casing should be replaced. There was a problem with wifi at the time of our visit. This was a problem for north west Scotland. However the staff were very helpful in trying to help us with access.
