We arrived yesterday to a very warm welcome from Mandy. A lovely farmhouse and our room, number 3, was spacious with a double and single bed, Windows both sides and shower room 'wet room style'. Everything we needed and very comfortable. This morning we had a lovely breakfast. Try the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon! Beautifully made and the hubby...

The approach to Airds Farm B&B was magical, a long farm track takes you past an old Watermill, into the farm yard where Mandy was waiting with a warm smile and a lovely clean and inviting home. We felt at home immediately and were treated to a tea and coffee before we unloaded our bags. The room was very clean...

We spent three nights here and enjoyed every minute, starting with a very warm welcome from Mandy who came out to the car park to greet us. Our rooms were spacious, scrupulously clean, with very comfortable beds and high quality cotton bedding, and with wonderful views over the fields to Loch Ken. Everything you might need is thoughtfully provided. Mandy...

We stayed here for two nights over a wedding weekend, with our "children" aged 18 and 20. Mandy and Mick could not be better hosts: nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were great (I recommend the triple upstairs - very spacious; the twin downstairs is quite a lot smaller but very convenient). The breakfast is excellent, with lots of...
