This is our second stay at Millsyde which we use for our base on our annual fishing trip. It is perfectly located for the beat that we fish and it is a very very comfortable bungalow surrounded by beautiful Borders countryside. It is spacious and both furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is a real home from...

I first stayed at Hendersyde cottages twice with my parents when I was younger, and have recently returned with my boyfriend almost 10 years later. All 3 times have been amazing, I genuinely don't have one bad word to say about the entire experience. The cottages are always extremely clean and they are so well equipped...I absolutely love staying here...

We've stayed in West Cottage a few times now over the years, the most recent being in the middle of February 2017. It is as lovely as ever...warm and comfortable furnishings, a lovely open fire with coal and wood supplied, a nice powerful shower and everything you need in the kitchen. The farm itself is on the outskirts of Kelso,...

There is always a friendly welcome by Sue with goodies to start off your holiday stay. West cottage provided us with a lovely relaxing and enjoyable break and the coal fire was so cosy. We're looking forward to a summer stay as the cottage gardens look as though they'll be so beautiful.

Second stay at West Cottage and again met all our expectations. On arrival we had a lovely welcome from Sue and we felt immediately at home. Sue had set out a tea tray with home made shortbread biscuits which was most welcomed after our journey. The cottage caters for all needs and is clean and well presented. If you like...

This was our first visit to Millsyde and we couldn't have chosen a better holiday cottage! It was so lovely, peaceful and relaxing in glorious countryside, although being just 5 minutes drive into Kelso, which has some excellent restaurants! We received such a warm welcome, the kettle was boiling, tea table set with homemade shortbread biscuits and the most gorgeous...

For the 7th time we stay at Henderside in one of the cottages. Again a good time. From the garden we ate blackberries, raspberries, apples, plums, elderberries. We come next year to go back. The host lady is great and very well informed about what is going on in the borders..

It had been 24 years since my last visit, my three children and I had a relaxing break and chance to explore and have fun in the borders. I am no stranger of the self catering cottage but every day I found just how completely the cottage was equipped - we wanted for nothing and with Sue and Henry on...
