We got married here at the end of April 2017. Everything from the moment we arrived the day before to when we waved goodbye the morning after the wedding was just right. The venue speaks for itself, so I won't rhapsodise about the location or the rooms. What made the experience outstanding was the care and attention that Alice and...

We visited The Lodge in 2015 and immediately knew it was the wedding venue for us. It felt welcoming, relaxed and at the same time magical and very special. Not living nearby, I was worried about the organisation and attention to the finer details; as soon as we met Alice and the team I had utter faith they wanted our...

After seeing photos of the amazing treehouse overlooking Loch Goil, we both knew instantly that this was our wedding venue. After contacting Alice to arrange dates, Alice made the whole process of planning our wedding smooth and stress free whilst making excellent recommendations for the photographer, cake bakery, hair and make up etc. On the day of arrival, Alice and...

Our daughter organised her wedding here from a distance but she said having met Alice she had absolute confidence in her, she was right. We met Alice on the Wednesday before the wedding and she is a "can do" person for whom nothing was too much trouble. The lodge has an amazing location and they have taken advantage of the...

Staff welcoming and very helpful & the whole day/evening went like a dream, well coordinated, really romantic & intimate. Had a delicious meal here on the eve of the wedding & lovely wedding breakfast. Table set up was stunning. Owners appear to...

We booked The Lodge on Loch Goil for our wedding based on their website information, photographs and reviews. Our trip was a three day booking for our wedding on Valentine's Day, the hotel has received awards for romantic wedding venue and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing, every detail was considered and taken...

I have nothing but high praise for The Lodge on Loch Goil after I had my Wedding there in November 2016. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were truly blown away! The location, the tree house, the facilities, the rooms & the food were all 5 star. All the staff are fabulous but especially Alice,...

We were very close to booking The Lodge for our wedding day but the day after we confirmed we would like to book, Alice sent us an entirely new wedding package with more than double the prices originally agreed and with completely different conditions! The whole experience was very misleading and they are not worthy of their five star rating....
