gorgeous pub, lots of charm, wonderful menu, but the service from Patrick was outstanding. Very good host. Our room whilst small had everything we needed, they provide hair dryers, hair straightener & generous options for shower gels etc.... Breakfast was delicious & had so much variety !

Lovely pub for a week-end away. I only stayed one night and wished I was staying longer. Excellent food, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good beer. We ate in the bar but the dining room looked very nice as well.

Let The Beckford beguile you with its easy charm! If like me, you like old-fashioned, unfussy elegance and comfort, country walks and cosy candlelit dining, you will fall under its spell. From the second I walked in through the front door, I felt at home in a lovely relaxed ambience. My attic bedroom was restful and snug with lovely thoughtful...

We went here with family and stayed in the two lodges which were lovely. The walk to the pub is about 15 minutes at a leisure. The pub is lovely, the food is lovely, the staff are lovely.....it's all lovely and we will return. The Talbot and Beckford are amazing in there own ways, I love the Talbot more but...

Came here to meet a friend- wow we lucked in with this one, though we did not book which we should have done as it was really busy they found us a table and we had the most delicious food. Not too huge servings which so often happens in restaurants nowadays but really good and tasty food. Wish you were...

We stayed as a party in the two lodges just a short walk from the Beckford Arms. The lodges were excellent just far enough away to be private but nearer enough to enjoy the benefits of the pub. But remember they are a good 10- 15 minute walk away depending on how fit you are!! The lodges were very well...

Stopped here on a soaking wet day, feeling very hungover following watching Bath Rugby lose the day before. The place is lovely and very relaxed. Staff were very approachable and freindly. What pleases me on a Sunday is to be able to go somewhere and be offered something other than roast dinners. on the day we were there, you could...

We really enjoyed our stay. The fire was lit and it was very relaxing sitting in front of it sipping wine. Our room was nice and quiet. The restaurant was OK, the menu was small. The starter I had was cod and it was a bit nouveau cuisine. I didn't really enjoy it. Main was a burger which was good....
